I packed my guitar away into its case whilst the girls cleared out of the room; I placed the black case in the corner with all the other instruments. I walked down the narrow hallway searching urgently for a bathroom. After sitting and rehearsing non-stop for about an hour I desperately needed to go to the bathroom. Finally I spot the stick figure in a dress and I made a quick dash for the bathroom opening the door with one almighty push.

I glance at myself in the mirror my long blonde hair lightly curled as it cascaded down my back the colour complementing my fair skin, my eyes changing from blue to grey in the fluorescent bathroom light. A million thoughts running through my mind, from the X Factor finale to Harry. Harry, he is just so gorgeous the way his emerald green eyes shine when you are talking to him, the way his dimples stick out when he smiles.

‘Stop Lara! You can’t like Harry’ I tell myself as I jump up onto the bathroom counter. I stare down at my hands fiddling with my petite fingers and let out a deep breath a single tear runs down my cheek. I guess all the stress has finally caught up to me. My thoughts were interrupted as the bathroom door swung open I quickly jumped off the counter and straightened out my floral skirt and wiped the tear away. I breathed a sigh of relief as it was just Hannah.

“Hey Lara” Hannah asks with a smile her expression changes as she sees my glum face.

“Lara are you okay?” Hannah asks curiously as she comes closer to me. A lump forming in my throat as I attempt to hold back the tears. Hannah wraps her arms around me comfortingly as I nuzzle my face into her shoulder letting the warm tears fall freely. Hannah rubs my back soothingly as my uncontrollable tears dampen her white t shirt.

“Shhhh It will be okay” Hannah says kindly
