REVISED.
Ship requested into the book by @Luna_DiAngelo (even though I was planning on adding it either way)
Okay, so each chapter will usually focus around one storyline/ship and told from one POV... I've never really wrote something as complex as this so wish me luck!{newt}
Oh of course it worked out that I was that new British kid in a mostly likely prejudice American school. Luckily, it wasn't to far into the year- only being October, still, unfortunate circumstances I've found myself in. Of course, my sister, Brenda and brother Gally seem just fine with this- but they are more social and interesting people, I'm just a plain boy who'd rather spend my time in a library with my nose in a book rather than 'making friends'. I was never one to uphold conversations- therefore making me a boring person to the human eye.
"Newt hurry up, you're going to make me late!" Brenda whined, stomping her foot from her place in front of my door.
Gally, who had been walking by and heard her outburst, stopped and glared at Brenda, "Brenda calm down and stop being such a drama queen!" He snaps. Gally, being the eldest of us three had always stuck up for me to the police by where I considered him as my best friend.
I gave him a grateful glance as Brenda let out a, "hmph" and stalked away.
"Thanks" I mumble shortly, still not in the best mood to talk.
"She is right you know, we need to get going." Gally admits with a sympathetic look.
I sigh and nod, setting down the latest novel I was into and reached for my bag. "Let's bloody get to this damn then."

=The school was big, definitely. But that's coming from someone who went to private school beforehand. I fully believe fully in the statement 'bigger doesn't necessarily mean better'. I was perfectly fine in my old, secluded school with only about 120 students out of the grades 9th-12th.
Oh I'm a junior, didn't mention that before.
"Newt stop daydreaming!" Brenda hisses, yes, as you can see we defiantly have that 'always fighting' sibling relationship. But how can we not when Brenda (even though she is two years younger than me) acts like a know-it-all and is the most stuck up human on Earth. She's so far up her own ass and had such a huge ego that it's almost impossible to converse with her. Well for me. She's also a social butterfly and has a confident appeal that makes others fly to her likes she's a magnet.
Unless you have a personality like me.
All I did was roll my eyes and shove past her, really not being able to stand her suffocating presence any longer.
Upon entrance of the school, I indeed was met with the familiar noise of students talking, only it seemed amplified x6. Halls were crowded, students were spread out amongst lockers but it still seemed that there was no room to walk.
I jumped when I felt a hand on my shoulder, turning around swiftly to see who it was- but calmed down instantly when I saw it was only Gally.
"Don't let her get to you." He says softly, referring to our devil of a sister. I glanced down guilty but nodded.
"I know, she's just so aggravating! It just gets on my nerves..." I admit and Gally nods in understanding, walking away.
We had been here for a tour last weekend and already know where are classes and lockers are, but now, with all the students, it seems like a completely different place.
Well, now comes the part I was trying to avoid. Finding a person, and asking them for help.
Of course the logical way to go about this is to look for the most kind and welcoming person, so that's exactly what I'm about to do.
Within moments of glancing around while walking (trying to not look 100% clueless) I come across a boy with short cut brown hair and pretty mocha eyes. Not only did he look nice, but also enticing. But of course, of not here to hunt for a relationship- just some simple directions and then off I go.
"I'm, hey, I'm um, Newt. I was wondering if you could tell me what hall locker number 316 is?" Fuck, I sound like bloody idiotic swine.
Luckily, this boy doesn't seem to notice, or mind that is. "Hi! I'm Thomas, and actually... Locker number 316 is..." He turns and points to the locker next to one that I'm guessing is his (only because he was pulling a binder out of it when I approached him). "Right here!" He finishes, turning back and smiling at me.
God this boy has a lot of energy, but is still goddamn hot.
"Umm thanks." I say, pulling out my schedule that had my combination on it and unlocking the locker.
"Are you British? You have a accent so I'm just guessing, sorry if I'm wrong, is that offensive?" Run on sentence much? Anyway, Thomas- I've now discovered- is one to try and keep bloody conversations going. Oh just my type of person.
"Y-yes I am. My family moved here like- a month ago." I mumble, tucking textbooks that I received on the tour away into the locker. Then closing it and standing.
"Cool! What's your home room?" Thomas asks, glancing over at my schedule.
"European History" I say with a smirk, I've been learning that my whole bloody life, this should be easy.
"Awesome, me too! You should be really good at that, wait, is that offensive as well?" Thomas says, rushing his words a bit at the end.
"Nah, you're good." I say, this boy might not exactly match me in personality, but I guess it wouldn't be wise to turn down my possibly only chance I a friend.
