The Gift Part 1

Harry's Pov

It was my birthday finally and I was currently pacing back and forth in the middle of my own party waiting for a certain blond to show up. Man he was taking forever.

I was just about to give up and cry myself to sleep again when he walked up to me and handed me a green wrapped package with a red bow.

"Here you go. Not that i like you...cause i dont."

I took the present and he was gone. Just like that.

I took a second to notice that the package had several tiny flaws. He had wrapped this without magic. I only wish I could have seen that. I carefully opened the gift.

Inside was a necklace chain with a golden snitch pendant. It was beautiful and surely must of cost a majority of the slim portion of his family's fortune he had been allowed to keep.

I raced after him.

I knew that wasn't going to work. Pansy was wrong. Harry didn't like me and he never would.

Suddenly a force came from behind me and shoved me against the wall. I turned around, wand drawn and ready to fight. What i didn't expect was to find a pair of lips against mine.
