PMD is known to change how attacks effect Pokémon: (examples) *Disable paralyzes targets instead of making them unable to use last used move. *Healing Wish and Memento knocks HP down to 1 instead of knocking out Pokémon. * Dig can't be used in water. Dive can only be used in water. *Roar of Time and Spacial Rend attacks all foes.
