Ava's POV~
My alarm went off at seven o'clock for my first day of work. "Shut up!!" I yell then realize that it's my alarm and press the sleep button. I sigh and slowly get out of bed grumbling the whole way to the shower. I'm really not a morning person, seriously. A few years ago Bonnie, Emma, and Lillian slept over and decided it would be hilarious to dump ice on me. Let's just say that they almost ended up in the hospital with severe injuries. After my shower I brushed my hair and applied makeup, throwing on a blue blouse, jeans, and black boots I deemed myself ready and left my flat.
Alan's POV~
It took all that I could not to call in sick today out of nervousness. I didn't think I could face Ava again, I would probably do something stupid. She was just so beautiful and I was just...blah. I sighed and grabbed an apple from my dining room table and got into my car driving to the studio. While I was parking my car I saw a familiar one parking right next to me, I started smiling like a freaking idiot once I noticed it was Ava. "Hey Alan." She said smiling as I got out of the car. "How've you been?" I wanted to tell her the truth but forced it down, "I've been doing well. Busy but well."
"Have you been practicing your song?" I asked while we walked into the studio. Ava suddenly looked nervous and looked at her shoes. "Yeah but I'm really nervous." I shook my head, "You don't need to be nervous. I'm sure you'll do great." She smiled gratefully at me making me want to kiss her right there but I obviously didn't. We met up with the director and Emma in the recording room. "Alright Ava, you ready?" Stephen asked. (Stephen's the director by the way) Ava nodded still looking nervous and prepared herself. "Ready and...start." Once she started singing I knew I was a goner.
    Ava's POV~
I took a deep breath closing my eyes and I started to sing. "I....hear....your...voice....on the wind..and..I..hear you call out my name...Listen my child you say to me I am the voice of your history, be not afraid come follow me. Answer my call and I'll set you...free! I am the voice in the wind and the pouring rain, I am the voice of your hunger and pain.. I am the voice that always is calling you. I am the voice, I will remain...I am the voice, in the fields when the summers  gone, dance all the leaves when the autumn winds blows. Ne' re do I sleep throughout all the cold winter long, I am the voice that in springtime will grow. I am the voice of the past that will always be, filled with my sorrow and blood in my fields. I am the voice..of the future! Bring me your peace! Bring me your peace, and my wounds...they will heal..I am the voice in the wind and the pouring rain, I am the voice of your hunger and pain. I am the voice that always is calling you. I am the voice...I am the voice of the past that will always be. I am the voice of your hunger and pain. I am the voice of the future. I am the voice..I am the voice. I am the voice... I am the voice!"
