"Take those drinks to table 5 for me please, Gianna." Teddi called out to me. I grabbed the bright red drinks and took them to the customers.

The job wasn't too bad. I learned how to say thank you and goodbye in korean. And the employees there were nice as well. All of them spoke english too! Soo Young & Jae Young are the-married couple that own the restaurant. Sometimes I think they're younger than me from their features. They are really nice to me and are willing to answer any questions that I have.

"Busy day today huh?" Soo Young asked me.

"Yes ma'am." I smiled. "Is it always this way?" I wipe some sweat off of my forehead and put my hand on my hip.

"It's usually worse than this actually." She grinned. She was so pretty. She was like a goddess of some sort. Her smile could bright up any room.

"Worse than this? Teddi almost took a hundred orders today!"

"He's used to getting more than that." She shrugged like it was nothing. "Nothing you can't handle though."

"I guess you're right. I will work my hardest." I smiled and she walked up to me and gave me an unexpected kiss on the cheek. I blinked my eyes in surprise and grinned a little.

"Just a little thanks." She winked and walked to the kitchen.

I turned to look at Teddi and he snorted. "Must be nice. Getting a kiss from someone as beautiful as her, that is."

"You act like I asked for it!"

"You did when you said 'I will work my hardest'." He tried to mimic the smile that I did and I hit his shoulder.

"You tried it, Teddi." I laughed and took off my apron. "It's finally time to lock up." It was 5:30 pm. Closing time.

"Have a good night." He waved and went to the back of the store. "You too." I replied. I grabbed my purse from behind the counter and walked back to the share house.

I unlocked the door to my room and felt relieved as I didn't see Kai. I plopped down on the bed and rolled over onto my stomach. Before I knew it, I drifted off to sleep.

Kai's POV

I took deep breaths as I finished my nightly jog. My mind racing, thinking about Gianna. Wondering If she was okay. I thought to call her but that wouldn't be too bright. Should we take a break from eachother?

No, No. I can't do that to her. Leave her physically. I love her too much. She's all I have really..

You need to get her back, somehow. I keep repeating into my head. Somehow.

"Kai?" I heard someone say my name, faintly. I turned around and squinted, not recognizing the person.

"Who are you?" I stayed put as the figure walked toward me.

"It's me. Elizabeth." Elizabeth. Lizzie. My high school sweetheart. We used to do everything together. EVERYTHING. She was my first, I was her first everything. That is until she moved away. Or so I thought.

My eyes widened. "L-Lizzie? I thought you moved."

"I-I moved but I came back shortly after. I only moved because I was afraid of falling in love with you. And now that i'm standing here, I think i'm doing it again." She stopped in front of me, her eyes pointed towards the ground .

I put my fingers on her small chin, tilting her face to look at mine. Her eyes were always beautiful. A beautiful shade of hazel and green. Her hair was longer than the last time I saw her. It was past her shoulders.
