"Koushi, I don't think it's right for us to be together anymore.. you see; we're going to be in different places and be in different time zones. I don't want to burden you. I'm sorry, I don't want to give you up but I have to do this. I know I'm being a coward.. I--" (First Name) sobs as she explains with a heavy heart to Sugawara that they can't be together anymore.
"I'm sorry..."
Sugawara stares at her lovingly and replies. "I understand.. I have to admit that I'm scared too but I wanted this relationship to work out however if that's what you want... I'll understand and I'll accept it."
"I loved you, Sugawara Koushi. You know that."

Sugawara was sleepless. He couldn't get over the fact that she broke up with him because she was scared of the distance but to be honest; he would do the same too. Both of them were afraid of the unknown. He looks at the picture he has on his bedside; both of them looked so happy. He kissed her cheek as she makes a silly face at the camera. It made him laugh a bit until he remembered she was no longer his.
She felt like a fool for letting him go but it was best for both of them. Burdening him with her annoying messages and calling him on face time at the wrong moments. She couldn't imagine the stress she would face when that happens. (First Name) felt like hating herself for hurting both was an obsession already.
She missed her sleeping hours just by lying at her bed and staying awake as long as she can. It's unhealthy and she can't stop anymore.

(First Name) missed his lips whether they are chapped from the winter winds or soft from the ice cream they would eat. The way he would look at her when she's mad, happy or sad either way, he would still look handsome as hell. The way his cute nose would scrunch up when she tells him a gross yet funny joke. She missed it all yet why does she feel relieved at the same time about letting him go.
Even if they still love each other, going back to each other's arms would only cause more damage and harm. They would just accept the damn fact that asking them to come back would be stupid and useless.

Months has passed by and Sugawara still wishes that he would still meet her either by coincidence or not. He will still be gladly to meet her one last time and (First Name) felt the same. It was frusturating for both of them to not to say these feelings to their friends because they would only recieve a good scolding or a reminder that they broke up for a reason.
"(Last Name)-san is still your wallpaper?" Daichi asks his bestfriend in curiosity.
"..yes." Sugawara answers as he stares at her as a wallpaper on his phone. (First Name) was smiling as she fixed her hair, it was supposed to be one of his collection of her funny stolen pictures but this one turned out fine so he kept it as a wallpaper.

"Koushi! Stop taking pictures of me, I know I'm already ugly yet fabulous but-- STOP! hahahaha." (First Name) continues to hide her face with her hands but he wouldn't stop.
"Taking pictures of you is my part time job!" Sugawaralaughs
"Blehhh, you jerk!" She sticks her tongue out and laughs. She stops for a moment and fixes her hair.

"SUGAWARA KOUSHI!"
"Hey, I like this one. I'm going to keep this." Sugawara smiles at the picture.
"Let me see!"
"Nope, not going to happen." He laughs as he takes the phone away from her reach. (First Name) tries once more until she accidentally kisses him on the cheek from moving around so much.
"SORRY!"
"How cute~"

Both of them are fools for thinking one needs the other to function. It was obvious even months has passed by; they are still not over with the break up. They went on dates with different people however it didn't felt the same.
(First Name) is tired of this cycle and she decided to end this.

Sugawara's heart dropped when he found out that (First Name) is leaving in the next morning to another place. Confused on what he should do, he decided to act on what his heart and mind wants to do. He called out a taxi and told the driver to go to the airport as fast as he can.
(First Name) finally arrived at her designated place where she can finally have peace for her health, mentally and physically. This vacation will help her clear out the bad memories and thoughts outside of her head.
Sugawara finally arrived at the airport only to realize that he had just missed her flight. He smiles sadly and went home.
