Chapter 11

A week has passed since the vampire king had visited.

The werewolf's leg had started to recover just fine. He was actually let free to walk around the secluded part of the mansion by himself as to not let his presence be known to the human girl living with the vampires.

He knocked on Subaru's door, the youngest Sakamaki brother ignoring him.

After the Karlheinz incident, the brothers seemed to have grown more distant from the werewolf.

"Subaru..." The werewolf's ears flattened a little from disappointment. He was about to walk off when the door creaked open and his wrist was grabbed.

The silvernette turned around to find a certain albino glaring at him. But somehow that brought a smile to his face.

He turned around and allowed the younger male to pull him into the room.

"What do you want." The vampire demanded, making the werewolf sigh dramatically and lean his entire body against him.

"I've been so bored and all of you are being so mean! You guys ignored me and-!" He was cut off by the vampire punching the wall, creating a fairly large crater in it.

"Us? Ignore you?" He chuckled dryly. "I think we're all wanting an explanation from you." Subaru's glare on the werewolf intensified, making said male smirk.

"So you're curious about me?" The silvernette stood up straight, making the vampire step back from the drastic height difference.

"How about you tell me about you?" The older male took a step forward, making the albino take another step back.

"What happened while I was gone?" Another step was taken.

"Who did this?" The werewolf's eyes narrowed.

"When did you become like this?" A dangerous emotion flashed through the steely silver eyes of the taller male.

"And why?" The silvernette slammed his arm against the wall next to the vampire's head.

Subaru had found himself trapped in the corner of his own room.

"Tell me." (Y/N) whispered quietly, his eyes glowing dangerously.

The albino sighed as he looked down at his feet. He wasn't going to give up information so easily.

"Or perhaps..." The smirk on the werewolf's face grew wider. "Do I have to force it out of you?" His free hand ran down his arm and held his wrist lovingly.

The younger male blushed darkly. "T-Tch." He looked away, only to feel the cold finger tips of the silvernette run along his jaw line and to his chin, tilting his head back up to face those beautiful silver eyes.

But something flashed through them. It was really quick but the vampire had managed to catch it.

He never knew what the werewolf was thinking. The older male could mask his emotions really well. No one ever knew how he felt or what he ever thought. But for the first time ever, Subaru had saw that one emotion that the silvernette had accidentally shown.

And that was...

"...Fear." The word was said softly as Subaru looked up at the older male with shocked eyes.

"You're scared." He declared, making the eyes of the silvernette widen a little before they closed.

The werewolf was scared of losing those who were basically family to him.

The Sakamaki brothers were one of the few vampires who had taken care of him when he was younger. Their mothers were really kind too. Except for one though. But (Y/N) didn't mind.

He was happy.

Now that the family is starting to get torn apart, the werewolf was scared.

Afraid.

He feared that he would be alone once again.

The werewolf would never let his emotions show. But how did the youngest Sakamaki manage to get his guard down?

(Y/N) sighed as his strong arms wrapped around the smaller frame of the vampire, pulling him close. The werewolf's face nuzzled into the shoulder of the albino as he enjoyed the coolness of the younger male.

Subaru's eyes widened as a soft gasp escaped his lips.

He felt it.

The warm drops of liquid that was absorbed into his shirt.

They were tears.

He had never seen or even heard of the werewolf crying before.

The vampire's arms had unconsciously wrapped themselves around the waist of the taller male, his head leaning on top of the silvernette's and his eyes shutting.

"Thank you." The werewolf whispered into the shoulder of the albino. No one has ever comforted him before.

He was used to suffering in his own silence.

This was the first time he was held so lovingly in someone's arms.

On Subaru's side, his face flared up. The tip of his ears were red too.

He had never felt his heart beat so quickly and loudly in his entire life. The silvernette could probably already hear it.

The warmth of the older male was really welcoming and loving.

But the werewolf pulled away. His face looking like as if nothing had happened.

Subaru had already started missing the warmth of the taller male.

He looked up at the werewolf, meeting the steely silver eyes of the silvernette.

It was as if they were sucking him in. He could just stare into those eyes for the entire day.

They were getting closer to him.

Two fingers were placed under his chin as his head was held gently but firmly in place.

Those silver eyes stared right back at his red ones while a soft pair of lips were placed onto his.

It was amazing. It was as if electricity was running through his veins. A numbing sensation ran through his entire body as his heart raced to its very peak.

His lips felt like they were on fire.

He couldn't help but lick the werewolf's soft lips.

They tasted exquisite. Like the most amazing blood in the world combined with even more.

The vampire's eyes were wide in both shock and at the new feeling as he had finally realised what was going on.

He was being kissed by a werewolf.

And he was loving it.
