Hola! So I finally went back to school yesterday (Thurs) after three snow days whoo hoo!! Gotta love snow days. Although exams start next week so everyone’s freaking out but I decided to take the easy way out – forget my stress and just laugh at everyone else stressing cuz it’s loads easier. And I’ll probably (hopefully) be writing loads this weekend instead of studying soooo…and I gotta see the Hobbit which I STILL haven’t seen, it’s ridiculous! But yeah. So expect some updates! Also, keep watch for a new title – “No Heroes Allowed” – that I really wanna get uploaded soon cuz I’m excited about that too. Well that’s enough from me. Please comment and vote loads!! Love you!

Chapter Two
If Only I Owned a Pair of Glass Slippers
Even though Jer forbade me to, the first thing I did when I got into the house was shut myself in my room and call Molly. She actually replied to her cell on the second ring, which was extremely rare for her, and I could hear the chocolate in her mouth as she mumbled hello.
“You’re not gonna believe what happened to me on the way home,” I said excitedly without any greeting.
“You got a flat tire.”
“No, Jer was –”
“You saw Zach outside of St. Joseph so now you know he actually does go there.”
“No! I mean, I wish, but no – and shut up!” I added quickly before she could offer another idea. “Just let me tell you.” And I proceeded to do so, letting it all go in a rush so she didn’t have the opportunity to interrupt. When I finished, her end of the line was silent for a few moments in which I bounced impatiently on my bed.
When she finally spoke, she sounded unimpressed. “Okay, and?”
“What do you mean, and?”
I could almost see her rolling her eyes. “I mean, I thought you knew Jer’s a spy and everything now. Why are you surprised that something like this would happen?”
Almost speechless, I sputtered, “Well, excuse me that I wasn’t expecting someone to get shot! Jer said he was coming home for his friend’s party we have to go to, he never said anything about being on an assignment!”
“He’s probably not on an assignment,” said Molly soothingly. “He’s boss, he doesn’t go on assignments. How’s Clark, by the way? Did you take him to the hospital or what?”
“No, to this random building Jer called Spot A – do you know what that is?” And on second thought, “Wait, do you know Clark?”
She exhaled loudly. “Of course I know him, silly. Jer’s my boss too, remember? Which means we’re in the same agency. Which means I know him. Or at least who he is, I dunno if I’ve ever worked with him specifically –”
