My Life Torn Apart.

Chapter three

So school is a lot better. I haven't seen one of the devils! Haha devils! I know it's rude but they are jerks so whatever! Louis and I are closer than ever! He makes me happy! I would pretty much die without him! The other day he said this to me. "It's destiny we were born in the same year. Three months apart but on the same sphere! Come on Sky! That's got to mean something!" I always roll my eyes at him. Living in London is crazy. My brother said that night we moved in with our dads we flew out here. See we use to live in Mississippi but for some reason I don't remember getting on a plane. So it's around 8pm and my brother, me, and my dads are taking the back way into town. We always go this way. This women runs out into the road. Ben slammed on the brakes. I jumped out of the car and so did the others but Ben pulled his car out of the road before joining us with the terrified women. She stood in the road shaking like a little puppy. She had bruises and looked terrified. My dads and my brother huddled up whispering as I slowly walked over to the women who was now curled up in a ball. She had ragged brown hair and was so thin that if she turned sideways she's disappear. Her arm was bleeding so I did what my brother would do for me. Tore my shirt and tied it around her bleeding arm. I was wearing a big T-shirt so I was fine but it was very hard to do and she helped me. She watched me carefully as I sat down beside her. She has to be only 17. She whispered in my ear..

"You must leave. If he knows there's a girl here he'll take you too. Run. Now." Her voice was shaky but serious.

"Nick!" He jumped back at my scream and ran over to me. He kneeled down in front of us.

"What's wrong?" He looked down at me with kind eyes and starred at the women like he was in a dream. I've never seen Drake around a girl before. Why can't I just say Drake. Whatever I'm gonna call him Drake in my head and Nick out loud. The girl starred at Drake and her eyes glistened as she looked at him. I might only be 10 but I have a feeling they might like each other.

"You need to get her away from here. Hide her. Now before he-" Before she could finish her sentence bright lights filled my eyes. We both screamed. I felt someone pick me up and boom everything happened so fast I couldn't think or move. I closed my eyes and thought about my mum and dad and prayed this would all end. I opened my eyes to see a bloody Drake on the ground in front of the truck. He tried to stand up and I run to help him. Tears stung my eyes.

"Nick!" Me and my dads screamed in unison as we all ran towards him. Ben was calling the cops. Right when my hand touched him, he embraced me in a hug.

"I love you Kaitlin." He whispered softly in my ear.

"I love you too Drake." When he let go he slumped into Eric's arms. I felt strong arms embrace me.

"Help!!!!" I screamed and kicked. I feel like no matter what I did I wasn't strong enough. The women who was on the ground beside me was now locked in the mans other arm doing the exact same as me but yelling at him to let me go and not her. Erick helped Drake in the car while Ben tried to pry the mans hand off me. He dropped the women or maybe even girl since she's so young and a gun was replaced in his hand. He held it up to my head then began to speak.

"If anyone doesn't do what I say she dies!" He's voice was harsh and mean. He had a rough look to him. I touched his cheek just to see if it felt rough, he jerked then began walking to the car. He threw me in the back seat and then the girl. She embraced me and I hugged her back. I felt kinda safe when someone was holding me. I began to cry. She shushed me and slowly rubbed circles on my back. The man got in the car after talking to my dads. They stood their crying. I scooted to the window and placed my hand on it and looked at them. They both looked at me and tried to smile. The tears wouldn't stop falling from there eyes. I smiled trying to cheer them up and Ben put a hand on his heart while Erick blew a kiss at me. I blew two back. Drake sat up and I guess he put together what was happening and jumped out of the car.

"Stop! Kattie!!!! LET HER GO!" He was screaming but demanding. I was okay now. As long as Drake was okay. I was. Right before he touched the handle to my door the man speed down the street. I starred out the back window at Drake and began crying. I watched him fall to his knees and cried and then slump to the ground as if that took all the energy he had to try and save me.

"I love you, Drake.." I whispered barley loud enough for me to hear.

Okay so the cover to my book will change as Sky's hair color changes. Just putting that out there and tell me what you think! Am I moving to fast? She hasn't even spent time with one direction yet so I guess it can't be that fast right? Well the girl who was taken with Sky is at the top. She's important to this book.
