3~Going Back

"Where should your mother be?" Takeo asked frowning.
"At Our home..or grandma's house"
You answered after thinking for a while.

"Your grandma lives in the woods right?" He questioned and you instantly nodded.
"Why do you ask?" You questioned and he just shrugged.

You tilted your head and let out a quiet hum,as Takeo seemed to be in deep thought.
"Nothing...Don't let go of my hand until I say so" he ordered."Understood?" He asked and you nodded.

He gave you a satisfied smile and started walking,taking you with him.

You kept moving for a while until your eyes started to feel heavy.
"Takeo.."
He responded with a groan.
"I am sleepy"You mumbled.
Takeo suddenly stopped walking,causing you to bump on his back.
"Oops" you said as Takeo kneeled down to face you.
Takeo simply sighed and wrapped his arms around your tiny waist.
"What are you doing?" You asked,taken aback by Takeo's touch.
(Idc if that sounded weird)

He then, slowly picked you up, pulling you onto his back.You quickly wrapped your tiny arms around his neck for support. Takeo grabbed the basket you were still carrying, before sighing once again.

He took a few steps forward. Your arms seemed to grip on his shirt tighter as you were afraid that you would fall down.
He didn't mind, really. He just wanted to get on with finding your grandma's place so then he can go eat something.
"Sleep if you want" he mumbled, loud enough for you to hear. "If I am right, then it will take some time to reach the house"
"Alright" you smiled.

After a while of walking, you couldn't keep up anymore. You rested your head on Takeo's shoulder, closing your e/c eyes. The werewolf could feel a smile crippling on his face. You might have been naive, but you were still a cutie.

Takeo spotted a wooden house not too far away from where you were. He sighed in relief, preparing to wake you up. Once he moved his hand towards you he couldn't bring himself to do it. He was to blame since he didn't let you sleep. Plus you were sleeping too peacefully for his own good.

He took a deep breath, moving to the house's direction, ever so slowly. Deep down, he didn't want your walk together to end. You were the first human he met after all. He wanted to know more about you and the other humans. He knew he couldn't keep you with him,though.
It would be better to just leave you there and go away.

You were just a few meters away from the granny's house. Takeo frowned, patting your head to slightly wake you up. Your eyes flattered open, scanning your surroundings, before falling on the wooden building that stood in front of you.

"As you can see, we are here, so now, get off me." Takeo demanded. You sighed at his cold attitude and did as you were told, not saying anything.

You stood close to the older boy, mentally preparing yourself to open the door. Mommy must be really angry at you for getting lost...

You were busy worrying about you mother, when you felt an arm gently patting your head. You looked up to see Takeo looking down at you. "Alright, it was fun knowing you, now go to your grandma so I can also go back to finding food."
He said, meaning for you to leave.

He handed you the basket with the cookies that were inside. You didn't move an inch as you just kept staring the basket on your hands. That weirded Takeo out, he observed your moves to see what the hell you were planning to do.
Your eyes moved upwards, to the male beside you, who was raising an eyebrow at you. You smiled at him, catching him off guard. You opened the basket, pulling out a cookie. That made Takeo even more confused. Until you motioned for him to take the cookie. "You sure are a weird kid" he mumbled, taking the cookie.

"Thanks for taking me here,Takeo." You smiled once more

"It...was nothing" he smiled rubbing the back of his neck.

You made your way to the door, knocking it three times. In a matter of seconds, you had been tackled by your mom who had embraced you tightly.
"Do you know how worried I was!?"
She yelled.

Tears formed in you eyes. "Sorry mom" you exclaimed, hugging her back.

You stood like that for a bit, before your mother pulled away. "I was looking everywhere for you, How did you find your way here?" She asked calmly, wiping her tears away.
"S-sorry for making you worry mom." You looked at the ground. "But,I had Takeo with me, so I returned safe"

"...who is Takeo?" She asked strictly.
"Takeo is..." you turned around, hoping to introduce him but he wasn't there. "Nevermind.."

"It doesn't matter." Your mother sighed , taking your hand."let's go inside" she smiled. You stared behind you confused, while you were being dragged inside by your mother.

From afar, Takeo was observing you to make sure you were alright.
A smirk plastered on his face, amused by your confused expression, finding out he was gone. He sure knows how to make an exit.
He happily turned around, pleased that you were back home safe.
