By lunch Bianca figured she'd would ask Alison if she knew Zayn was in their class. She got her tray and sat down. She was usually the last person in the lunch room because everyone had to go to their locker.

"Hi Alison I have a question. Did you know that Zayn was in our class?" She asked. She was pretty sure Alison had headache went away a little bit.

"Did you seriously just ask me that question? Yes I knew that Zayn 'the bad boy' Malik was in our class. Where have you been?"

Well looks like she was the only person who didn't know this. Maybe she should stop drawing so much. She now knew why it took her three months to figure out that the 'bad boy' of he school was in her class, because she drew during all her academics and when she finished her lunch. Maybe it was also the fact that she listened to music so loud that you would barely think you were in a lunchroom.

Suddenly the lunchroom went silent as a group of boys(two of them being Zayn and Niall) entered the lunchroom. Well She guessed she wasn't the last people to enter the lunchroom after all.

A curly haired boy asked Zayn something in his ear and he pointed to their table. Bianca wondered what was going on? Why is he did he point to her table? Curly turns around and tells something to the other boys.

The next thing she knew Zayn was sitting at her table. "Hi Bianca." Zayn said with a smirk. Why is he talking to her? She wished she had her phone so she could listen to music and drown everyone out. Maybe then she wouldn't have to talk to Zayn and his friends.

"Hola." she answered. She really didn't want to talk to him or his friends. "So did you get in trouble for being out so late?" Zayn asked. Zayn was hot but he was getting on Bianca last nerves. She really don't feel like dealing with him so she answered him.

"Yeah my papá took away my phone and grounded me for two weeks." She said to Zayn. She then turned her attention to Alison, "Wait you got grounded. You never get grounded. Your dad must have been pissed. " She asked shocked. She should be like Alison said Bianca NEVER got grounded."Yeah. It looks like you and Ethan can't have me drive you home."

"I don't think I'm going to another party for a while. I feel like crap. I'm pretty sure Ethan is still asleep." she was about to say when Niall decided to interrupt her. "Question. Can you speak spanish?"

How did he not know that she was spoke Spanish. She have an accent. Guess he was super drunk. When you hear her talk you immediately know that she spoke Spanish.

"I'm Mexican, so yes I speak Spanish. I only speak it when I'm angry or by myself. When I bored in class I just write all my notes in Spanish." She explained.

"Well Zaynie, here is failing Spanish and since you know Spanish can you help him?" Niall asked for Zayn. Really if Zayn was failing then why didn't he ask her to help him? Whatever I need something to do for the next two weeks.

She turned to Zayn. She really don't want other people talking for him. She'd rather hear it from 'bad boy' him self than one of his friends. "So, you need help?" She asked him. Zayn nodded his head and let out a "yes".

The only reason she am helping him is because she would be bored out of my mind. "Fine I will help you. When is your next test." She asked him. She needed to know how much time she had to teach him. "Three weeks."

She had to about this. Okay she has three weeks to teach him Spanish. She guessed she can help with his Spanish homework and teach him a few extra things. She hoped he's not too dumb.

"Here's my address come by at 4:30 so I can tell my papá that I'm tutoring you. Please bring your homework, pencil, and paper because this bad boy is going to be taking notes. Don't think your going to slack off either. Hasta luego. (See you later.)"

"Yeah see you later." Zayn said. As he got up he kissed her on the lips. To say she was shocked was an understatement, everyone in the lunch room gasped. When they left Alison lost it.

"OMG! Do you know what he just did? He just claimed you. No guy can touch or talk to you. When Zayn claims someone they have a month to kiss him. When you kiss him theirs no going back and if you don't accept his claim bad things happen."

Hold up bad things. What bad things. "Um Ali, what do you mean by bad things?" She asked getting scared now. After all she did agree to tutor him.

"Well Zayn never claims a girl unless he really likes her. I think it has happened about three times since he has got here. If you don't accept his offer, he gets people to hurt you and the people you love, because he can't deal with the fact of seeing you everyday. One girl named Jade rejected him and she ended up in a coma. Another girl named Perrie accepted and she and Zayn ended up dating for a year before she had to move. After Perrie moved he stopped and that lasted for a year until today." Alison explained.

Shit. What has she gotten herself into?
