Cassiel (Cass-E-Al)
Cassiel is the state were Owanels live. It's right in between Ruskya and Eclea, and is the third biggest state on Theroza. None of the homes are on the ground, and are mostly in high trees or floating miraculously. Spring is always upon Cassiel, and the streets are always clean and good. And most of the land is barren and soft soil. From the most dangerous to least dangerous, Cassiel would be held down in sixth place out of twelve for most dangerous.
