Karlel (Kar-Lel)
Karlel is home to Slytin. Karlel lives on the very south of Theroza, and is made out of wooden homes and stone pathways. The grand castle is known to take control, but is still in control to The Rose Government. The people of Karlel wanted a king a queen to make themselves feel safe. But Karlel isn't the most safe place to be either. From the most dangerous to least dangerous, Karlel would be held down in eighth place out of twelve for most dangerous.
