Quinzal (Quin-Zal)
Quinzal is the state of Droicia. Quinzal is right in the middle of Theroza, and from the most dangerous to least dangerous, Quinzel would be held down in fourth place out of twelve for most dangerous.The buildings are made of fog and paper, and the people are highly untrustworthy. The streets are clean, but the wind is strong and the people are highly intelligent and dangerous.
