I had arrived at Starbucks even though they were closing. They couldn't see me anyway. Invisibility. An ugly word. That is quite enough a miracle for me...for us.

The clock ticks as time drags by. I figured out that it was on the 31st of this year. It will soon be January 1st. Killing. Killing. Killing. And more killing.

But hey!

This is Hollywood. Happiness exists right? Those smiles flashed by the celebs are never fake. Or are they? I don't think so.

My golden rose chimes just like the clock on the boring wall. Only 2 minutes and my quest will begin.

Damn.

I wonder what's going on in M'graffiti. Are people still dying? Are they partying in the Albumx with Jason McCan?

Sigh.

They are probably fighting. My people are dying and I'm here in Hollywood. Searching for a lost signal.

My people are probably feeding on mud and shit. And I'm just sitting in Starbucks.

I am probably dying. But I don't realise it. Because I'm searching for an unknown person. I'm trying to rewind the past with a golden rose and a yellow heart concealed with a brave ribcage.

I'm probably going mad. My brain is probably slowing down second by second. I'll be just a poor soul in no time.

Probably.... Cancel that word.

Probably doesn't exist.

Probably he'll come back. He's banging another girl.

It's only 30 split seconds till my story begins. What will I do with 60 seconds after all? Chase after him? Yes.

I gotta run after him. Save him from himself.

Blasts startled me as I squealed in horror. But those were not gunshots. Those were not knives or blades. They were colourful. They were happy.

They were the beginning of my story.
