CAT'S P.O.V.
We got home around midnight. Jorden helped me upstairs and tucked me into bed before rolling over and going to sleep. The next morning I woke up to a horrifying pain in my lower back and abdomen. "Babe, babe wake up." I yelled crying in pain. He woke up quickly rolling over, "What's wrong?" he got out of bed and came over to me. "look the doctor said to just breathe in and out and whatever you do stay calm, ok?" he tried to inform me as I was trying to calm down. "ohhhhkay ok I'm calm, I'm calm. It's gone. I'm ok," I tried to get up and succeeded this time. I went down stairs where Mae was cooking breakfast. She handed me a plate and helped me to my chair. "So I have some very good news, but you can't tell Shaun or Jorden. I'm pregnant too." I was so excited to see my friend was actually going to be a mom. Though I may not be able to. I was happy for her, she would be the one to be able to buy clothes for him or her, dress them up for prom, take them to their first day of school. she gets all of that but I'm not gong to. "Congratulations I'm happy for you two." I said trying not to cry, but I couldn't hold it in. "Are you ok?" Mae asked putting her hand on my shoulder. I looked up at her crying, "No I'm scared. I'm scared that I'm not going to be able to have a real family without having the risk of dying, or the risk of killing my kid and hurting Jorden. I'm scared." I got up and gave her a hug and she held me while we were crying in each others arms. Jorden walked in along with Shaun. they came over and sat us down in chairs. "So what's going on?" Shaun yelled as he caught our attention. "Um babe i'm pregnant too." Mae whimpered in a small, sweet voice. His eyes widened as he processed the news. "What? You're kidding, right?" Mae looked at him confused. "Why would I lie about that?" Shaun got up immediately. "I'm a dad... I'm gonna be a dad.... I'LL BE A DAD!!" Mae and I reared back at his sudden movements. Jorden grabbed Shaun's shoulder stern. "Calm down, I know it's great news, but you don't want to startle the girls... in this state they're like baby deer." I glared at Jorden and punched his arm. "How's that for a baby deer?" Jorden jumped in pain. "Okay, Baby bears." Shaun laughed. "Watch your words, or your baby bear will rip off your head." I grinned in victory. Mae smiled shyly at me. The boys took a seat in silence. "Sooooo..... Breakfast anyone?" Mae asked looking around the table. Shaun perked up with a sly smile. "What about waffles? We have syrup right? I'm gonna go get some waffles Jorden do you want to come with me." Jorden stood up nervously, "Yeah...um were going to be I the kitchen if you need anything." He walks around the table and kissed me gently on the forehead. I giggled while blushing in excitement.
JORDEN'S P.O.V.
Shaun started making breakfast right away and as he went to grab the mixing bowl he smacked it up against the knife block. the knives went falling, most of them went in the sink. The only one that didn't landed on the right side of his left foot. Luckily it didn't land in or on his foot. "
Woah man, that was close you'd better be more careful next time." I hollered sarcastically while grabbing the syrup. I started to pour it in a syrup dispenser. Shaun picked himself up and put away the knives away and all of a sudden he gives me a weird look. "Yo. What the fuck is that?" I burst out laughing, "What? Oh this, this is what syrup loos like when its warm." I started laughing more. We quickly got back to work. Shaun ran over to me and put the waffle mix he just finished in front of me, "Hey look at this..... it's creamy and white. Lol" I smile slightly and began to make the waffles. We kept messing around in the kitchen until they were done. 10 to 15 minutes later we grabbed the plates and put the waffles on them and covered them in butter and syrup on them. I made a quick turn into the dinning room, giving the girls their plates.
