I let my hair free of its ponytail, letting the wind blow through my scalp. I hadn't been this free since I was on the tilt-a-whirl at Great America. Standing up in the moving car, I pushed my head through the moon roof, yelling out a high pitched scream, throwing my arms into the air and my head back, feeling the hot sun beam down on my face. I felt like I was flying, free to go wherever I pleased. I felt a tug on my jean shorts, ending all of my fun when I sat back down in the car. Turning to see who the hand belonged to, I was greeted with a sweet kiss. A smirk played on my lips as I kept my eyes closed "Babe you gotta calm down, save the energy for when we get there." I let out a laugh, opening my eyes to be greeted with his blue ones. He gently kissed my nose before I settled into him, his arm going around me almost as if it was second nature to him. Looking out of the window, i saw plenty of scenery that would bring anyone satisfaction. I then looked towards the front seat, letting a small smile play on my lips once I saw my friends bobbing their heads to the upbeat music. We were all excited for the upcoming music festival we were about to attend. As we came to a long road we let all the windows down and cranked the music up louder, letting the bass vibrate through our bodies and the wind whip through our hair. He grabbed my hand and kissed it gently as I turned my head to look at him. His lips moved to form the words "I love you." My insides seemed to melt as I read his lips. The sun kissed my skin as we seemed to gain speed. I glanced at the sight in front of me, the happiness on my friends faces and the beautiful blue eyed boy sitting in front of me before whispering a small "I love you too."
