I eye him from across the dance floor, noticing how he flips his floppy brown hair. He turns his head and catches my eyes, giving me that mischievous side smirk I'm sure about a hundred girls have fallen for. I quickly turn away, feeling my cheeks burn under my dark skin tone. I run my fingers through my fro as I take a deep breath, heading over to where he is seated. I take the risk and tap him on the shoulder, "Care to dance?" He turned away from his buddies and set his drink down, giving that same bad boy smirk "Sure why not?" He moved his hair out of his eyes, taking my hands into his as he lead me to the dance floor. We began to dance to the upbeat music, keeping rhythm by matching each others pace. I felt his strong arms wrap around my waist, pulling me closer to his hard chest. Our bodies moved in sync, feeling the tension rise within our bodies. I looked over his pretty gray eyes, taking account for his beautiful long eyelashes and generously plump lips. Noticing i was staring he quickly made a goofy facial expression, causing me to burst into laughter. The DJ switched moods, playing a slow song for all the couples in the club. Thinking he would let go of me, he pulled me even closer, tightening his grip some as he caressed my hips. I looked into his pretty grey eyes as he stared right back into my hazel ones. I had only just met him, unsure of what the next move was. His hands moved slowly around my lower back, even pressing my palm to his chest for me to feel his heartbeat. I felt the pounding through his dress shirt, knowing this was something special. Amazing how someone, a stranger, can make you feel things that no other can. His hand slowly caressed my face, making me inhale sharply, afraid I'll ruin the moment. "Im Evan..." His husky voice spoke over the music. "Annie..." I replied back as his thumb stroked my cheek ever so gently. Before the song could end and another began, his tender lips were pressed against mine and the world had stopped.
