Sofia's poV

We sat next to each other in a comfortable space until Grayson started to move closer...too close.

I slowly shifted my body away to the other end of the couch. He just kept moving closer.

"U-uh um gray...? What are you doing?" I asked nervously

"Um, you know how I said I kinda sorta like you?" He asked scratching his neck

"Yea...?"

"Well, I thought maybe we could get closer... Physically" he said leaning in to kiss me.

"WTF GRAY GET OFF" I said screaming.

He just sat there in shock.

"Y-you should go" I asked rubbing my head

"U-um yeah" he said getting up.

He quickly walked over to the door and left.

I kinda felt bad for flipping on him like that.

I sat down on the couch texted kayla.

S: kayla
K: hey
S: can u come over?
K: yea bbg I'll be there in ten

I put down my phone and just stared into space. If I tell kayla it will break her heart knowing that he likes me and what he tried to do. Plus Grayson probably won't want to even talk to me.

Minutes went by and there was a knock at the door.

"Hey" kayla said walking in.

"Hi" I said with a weak smile.

"What's wrong" kayla said pouting.

"I need to talk to you" I said looking at her

"Ok" she said sitting down next to me

"Well, you know that night where me, you, Justin, and Grayson went to the mall? Well when Grayson was driving me back he told me that he has deep feelings for me..." I saw her face sink when I said that

"He was here earlier and he tried to kiss me... I promise I don't have any feelings for him, please forgive me...?" I said sadly.

"It's ok, you didn't do anything, why would I be mad at you? If anything I would be mad at Grayson... Which I am" she said

"Thank you so much for not being mad at me" I said hugging her.

"It's ok" she said hugging back

"Well I gotta blast" she said getting up

"Ok bye" I said hugging her

"I gotta talk to gray about this now, hopefully he's not mad at me..." I said biting my lip

"Well what did you do?" Kayla asked

"Well I yelled at him to get off"

"Oh... That's harsh" she said showing all her teeth.

"Yeah" I said

"Ok bye" she said walking out the door...
