Ugh, where in the world is she? I swear it's been like an hour since my mom went into the store. What, is she being the whole store? All I know is she better have bought me Hot Funyuns or we're going to have a problem.

I just groaned as I pulled out my phone to text my mother when I saw I had a snapchat notification.

'yaboihayes has added you as a friend!'

I raised my eyebrows in confusion as I entered the app and went to 'Added me' and he was at the very top. From what I could tell of his profile video, he looked kind of cool. Then there's the fact that I can always block him if he's weird.

Ah, what the heck? I quickly clicked add and then I decided to ask who he was.

So I quickly snapped him asking who he was. Pretty simple.

Then I heard the door to the back seat open and I looked to see my mom loading the groceries.

"Took you long enough." I joked, as she chunked me a bag of Hot Funyuns making my face light up. I instantly opened them and turned back to face her.

"You're the absolute best!" I exclaimed causing her to laugh as she closed the back door and then got into front, starting the car.

After a short drive, considering the store is only like an hour away from my house, we arrived home. And I grabbed a few grocery bags as I walked in, placing them on the kitchen table as I ran up to my room, plopping onto my bed.

My phone dinged, and I fished it out of my pocket and saw a notification from that Hayes kid. I went to the app and opened it.

My eyes widened as I saw him. Holy cow, he's really cute. Maybe adding him back wasn't that bad of an idea.

I quickly typed a response.

'oh haha, it's fine 🙃 cute dog tho 😍'

I groaned as I quickly snapped a selfie and sent it.

'here you go loser'

I shut my phone off as I tossed it onto my bed, putting Netflix on and continued watching 'Pretty Little Liars' aka my favorite show.

I really liked talking to that Hayes kid, he's really funny and cool..... and as a bonus, he's cute.
