So I had this idea of all smutty book but I don't know if it's make sense or not.
So here's a bad description

There's a guy with a mental disorder. The only way to help the disorder to go away is have a sexual affair every night.
There's a girl with the same mental disorder. She also has to have a sexual affair every night to help with the disorder.
One night, the found each other. Only to find out that they both have the same disorder. They wanted to help each, so they decided to fuck each other. After all the sex and dates they fell in love with each other.
Going to the doctor, one finds out that they can't have sex with each other no more (or only once and every blue moon).
