Chapter 8

Luna's pov

Michael and Aria were finally getting along, I smiled knowing they would be good friends soon. Calum handed us what looked looked like to be apple pancakes.

"So I was thinking, we take you guys to IKEA and get you guys some stuff for your rooms." He said and I took a bite of the pancakes.

I started to cough, then I couldn't breathe. Oh-no...

"Luna!! Luna are you okay!!! Luna!!" Luke yelled, but I couldn't talk, and I started seeing black spots.

"Calum what was in the pancakes???" He asked shoving the plate away from me.

"Apples, pancake mix, cinnamon. Why??"

"Damnit Calum!! She's allergic to fucking cinnamon!!" Luke said pulling out his phone.

"Luna you're gonna be okay, just look at me, just keep your eyes on me. Please stay with us." Ashton said, as I fought to keep my eyes open.

"The ambulance is on its way. It will be maybe 10 minutes." I heard Luke faintly say.

Then it all went black.
Calum's pov

It was all my fault.. I thought as the ambulance showed up and took Luna, since Ashton was the legal guardian he rode with Luna. The rest of us piled into the car and followed it.

"Luke, I'm so sorry." I said letting a few tears fall on my shirt.

"Calum its okay, you didn't know." Luke said, trying to stay calm.

"But I should have known." I said.

We go to the hospital and they made us wait until they got Luna into a stable condition.

"Guys, I'm really sorry. What if she hates me now??" I said letting more tears fall.

"Cal.. She's not gonna hate you." Luke faintly said, and I looked up seeing him crying. I felt like a dumbass. I should have asked or known she couldn't have cinnamon.

"Mr. Irwin?" a nurse said looking at us.

Ashton stood up and she motioned for us to follow her, we were led to a room where she laid on my bed, her face pale, and her throat swollen. I couldn't handle seeing her like this, it broke my heart.

"Luna..... I'm so fucking sorry. Its my fault you're here." I said to her, since everyone else was sleeping. She just looked so lifeless laying there.

"Just please hold on for me. For Luke, for Ashton, Michael, and Aria. We don't know what we'll do if you're not there with us. Just please, wake up. You can be mad, hit, yell at me, I don't care, just please wake up."
