If i had known, six months ago, that i was about to hanged, i wouldn't believe you. I wouldn't believe that the beautiful and live city of Leningrad had crumbled and died, or that Hitler attacked Russia. Not only would i not believe it, but i would have ran, to avoid the death, the starvation, the hunger ,the constant pain of seeing the people you love die of such un-natural causes. But all of the pain, the hunger, its all been worth it. He's worth it.I've found what was always missing in my life, what Ive always wanted, and i found it in the most unpredictable place. I turned my head stiffly to left, my hair brushing my shoulder softly unlike the aggressive rope ,clawing at my delicate neck, my eyes searched the crowd and my lips turned up into a smile as i see him in  the crowd . His black hair was flaked with snow and his tears icy and constant running down his grief stricken face, I smiled at my sweetheart, a full smile overflowing with joy, happiness and love, sacrifice. That's what i am really, but I will not die like the rest, crying and praying, begging for mercy, i will die with as much dignity as i can scrape together,I held my head up high defiantly. I looked into his his deep blue eyes, if the last thing I see before I die is his warm, kind eyes I will die peacefully no matter the circumstances.but i would never experience old age, or children with my sweet heart and thinking of this caused unwanted tears to dash to my eyes. The man in black looked me in the eyes and grinned, a strangled i love you escaped my broken and chapped lips, that he once had kissed so passionately with his own, as the cruel man sealed my fate-he pulled the leaver...
