Chapter 1

Laira's POV

            Time skipped by fast yesterday, after the fight with the rogues that was it, we didn't find any source of the rogues but we just let it slide maybe they were just passing our territory, after that we went back to the pack house and relaxed, my pack paper works started today actually so now I'm in my office just doing some duties of the pack when a knock on my door got my attention.

"Come in" I said in a serious voice.

The door opened and Samuel went in, he closed the door after he went in.

"What is it Samuel?" I asked looking out from my work and looked at him an eyebrow raised.

"The Asterie's pack Luna and Alpha have been found right in front of the eastern side of the border, The patrollers have said that they would want to have a word with you, Alpha" He said

"Well ,bring them to my office then and please check if they have any guns or knives in them, I would not want any harm to happen to any one today" I said turning back to my paper work.

"oh and you will join the meeting to as my beta" I added

"Yes Alpha" He said before walking out my office.

Luna and Alpha Crezsmith have been a good neighboring pack, before I was still a kid they would always come here to our pack to just say hello or come celebrate with us on a special occasion. They where even their when I have been crying for my parents death when I was young and they where their too in their funeral. But that was before, they stopped coming here when I was 9, But Alpha Crezsmith was their on my celebration party for my first shift, I even asked him where was Luna Jessa but he just gave me a sad smile like he was about to cry, when he got a hold of himself and gave me a smile that didn't reach his eyes and changed the subject by asking me how was my wolf so big at the age of 9 then why did I shift so early, those were the questions I didn't know before too.

I continued the boring pack work for like 5 minutes or so until a knock on my door was heard.

"Come in" I said putting away all the papers and placing them on the edge of my dark brown oak table.

The door opened wide enough for me to see the familiar face of Luna Jessa and a unfamiliar man beside her, they where both holding hands, fake happy smile's  plastered on their faces. Samuel in tow, he sat at the side of the office and just stared at us like if an observer trying to figure us out.

"Luna Jess and....." I said a bit asking of who was with her. At this condition them holding hands and such people would think they are a couple, but that thought got me more confused, where is Alpha Jake?

"Alpha Simon.." Before he could say his last word, he stopped himself, what was he going to say? and what the heck did he say?! Alpha Simon?, last time I checked we have no Alpha Simon's in this world, but we do have an Alpha Simos, he is a good man ya know he is old and wise too, wait I'm thinking too much again, but what was he  about to say?

'probably something insulting' Aries said.

'probably but why don't we get to know him better to and if we can get any explanation of this new Alpha?' I said

She huffed but then agreed with what I said.

"Alpha Simon? when have we have a Alpha Simon?, have we met before?" I asked curious.

"I'm afraid not Laira, but we are here not to chit chat with shit and here for business and business only...." once again he stopped himself from saying the last word and not even that he just said my name only, no Alpha or anything, to every wolf here in the world that is considered disrespectful, but I'll just let it pass maybe he doesn't know.

'Are you kidding?! Aira every werewolf knows the Alpha of this pack is you?! being the strongest pack before your parents died, how could he even not know he could feel our power radiating around us?!' Ari said loud enough to make me want to cover my ears, even though I can still hear her because she's in my mind.

'OK, OK Ari just calm down maybe he has a good explanation for this' I said not even sure if he does, or is it just hatred.

'Really, you guys just f**ck*ng met?!' She yelled again

'Ok, will you stop yelling? why are you so angry today?' I said

'well its not me it's him like have you not heard of what his wolf said to me?!' She yelled

'What?'

'He freaking rejected his (wolfs) mate!?, and for what for power! he just rejected her to be with this crazy woman?! hey not my words its his Wolf's, and you know the f*ck what?, that crazy woman killed her own mate! not even her bloody mate but also their unborn f*dging pup!'

'What?!'

'You heard me!'

'Why the f*ck did-' I got cut off by Samuel nudging me on the side, I swear I'm fuming with anger by these lunatics, why the f*ck are they even here?!.

"Alpha, you spaced out" He said motioning to Luna Jessa and 'Alpha' Simon glaring at me, wtf are they glaring at me for, I wasn't the one who rejected and killed their mates?!

Ok, Aira just keep calm you don't need to form a war.

'oh yes we do!' yelled Ari

'hey keep calm, and I thought you were the wise one'

'oh I am' She said in a smug tone, but I can still feel her anger.

"Ok, please sit down" I said as calm as I could.

"Finally" Luna Jessa said under her breath, werewolf hearing is the best, and I am definitely sure she knows we can all hear it too. This just made me more pissed.

They both sat down on the chairs in front of my desk. Samuel back on his position before.

"So is there any problems?, why you both payed a visit here?" I said giving a fake small smile.

"First of all we are not here to visit, Laira" Luna Jessa said, ones again disrespected!

"excuse me then - " 'Alpha' Simon cut me off.

"We are here to take maybe some omegas of yours, our last one have run away" Alpha Simon said simply

"Excuse me? Omegas?, we have no omegas here we all treat one another here, my pack doesn't have, need omegas here or even other packs, and what did you say? our last one? you do know that we have all band omegas all around the world, have you not heard of what the Elders announced, they have band omegas since I wasn't even born so what your saying is that you have been enslaving a poor werewolf for 18 years and more in counting?!" I said not even close of showing all my anger.

"Yes we have heard that,pup,and we don't care of that, at least we have respect in our pack unlike yours, and if your pathetic excuse of a pack doesn't even have an omega then just give us a member of yours that you don't need, oh and we want one on the age of maybe 15 and above, we need a young one that is strong, they last longer" My wolf , Samuel and I was growling at every part of his sentence and was ready to kill, he even called me a pup! and my pack pathetic!? how dare they?! like they can catch up with us they aren't even the second or even one of the top ten strongest pack in the world!.

"How dare you!, you come here in my territory to insult me and my pack?! and you don't have the right to even call my pack pathetic or even disrespectful if anything you're the pathetic one's , you came here and asked me for a new exchange 'omega' just because your 'omega' ran away, If I would get the chance to be your omega I would rather die! I swear I will see or even hear that you have been running around asking for a new omega in the states or even all around the globe I will soon enough punish you to death! now get your useless asses out of my bloody territory!" I yelled on my Alpha tone and putting all my anger on what I said, my voice booming all around the pack house maybe even through all the pack territory. I looked at the people in the room with pitch black eyes flickering to blood red, and saw every one of them where covering their ears kneeling on the floor. I see red, I have the longing to want to feel the red liquid, the blood on my fingers, I can feel it, their blood-.................
