Brianna's POV
I was walking to my locker, looking down at my phone, until something hit me and i fell. It felt like a person. Why can't people look where they're going. I ended dropping my phone and all my books.
"Oh my gosh, i'm so sorry" i heard someone say. I looked up and it was Ray, my crush.
"Oh, its ok" i said. He helped me up and started to pick up my stuff and handed it to me.
"Thanks" i said and brushed my hair away from my face.
"Sorry I knocked you down Bri, maybe I can make it up to you." I started to blush really hard, until I was Chresanto walking up to us behind Ray.
"Hey, Brianna we needa talk." Ray looked at Chresanto then at me.
"Well maybe I should go, talk to you later Bri" he said and walked away.
"What do you want Chresanto?" I said
"Oh sorry did i interrupt something?" he asked with an innocent voice.
"Uhh, it doesn't matter, it's fine" i said
"Oh ok well we need to figure out when we are going to work on the project together. Its due in two weeks" he said
"But we have plenty of time..." i looked at him with a weird face
"Not really we got to start on this project. It's a lot of work" he said
"Ok, well what about study hall. We can go to the library"
"Alright I'll meet you there" he said with a smirk and left
I can't believe him. I swear Ray was just about to ask me out, but then he had to just come and interrupt it even though he could have just talked to me about it at some other time. I saw Corinne running down the hallway and bumping into me.
"d-mn now everyone's bumping into me" i said and pushed her off
"I gotta tell you something!" she said
"what?" i said, putting my combination into my locker
"I kissed Jacob last night." I looked at her then looked at my locker.
"well" she said, shoving me.
"What do you want me to say?" i said with a chuckle.
"well I sort of ran out after it happened..."
"Why? were you nervous?" i asked her
"well yeah..." she said
"Why?! why would you be nervous around *him*?" i said
"because you know i do embarrassing things around guys i like" she said
"he probably thinks your a loser now" i said, giggling.
Her mouth was wide open but before I could say anything she turned around and left. Maybe I should not have send that. It's not like I meant it. Its just that Corinne is way more popular than Jacob so if anything Jacob should have been the one nervous.
Chres's POV
I was walking to science class, thinking about Brianna. Ok, so I really didn't give a f-ck about this project. I'm smart anyways so it's going to be easy. But the more time we spend doing it, the more time I will have with her. The only reason why I went up to ask her when we should work on it is because that Ray guy was talking to her. I hate it when some guy is flirting with a girl that should be mine.
I walked into the room to see Jacob with his chin down on the desk and on his phone.
"what up bro" i said to him.
"dude i got a problem" he looked up at me.
"what's the problem?" i asked him
"Corinne came over my house yesterday and we kissed and she ran out. I dont know who she did though. Do you think i freaked her out or something?"
"did she seem freaked out?" i asked
"No, she seems like she was enjoying it, really. Like damn it was really good. but she runs out"
"you should ask her"
"do you really think i should bring it up?" he asked
"of course. there has to be a reason why she ran out"
we both looked up and saw Corinne and Bri walking into the class. I had a huge smirk on my face.
"hey Bri" i said to her. she just waved her hand right in front of my face. She must be mad...
Jacob's POV
Corinne sat in the desk next to mine. I looked at her but she just looked down at her bag.
"hey Corinne" i said
"hi" she waved at me and looked down at the desk
"Corinne we need to talk"
"I'm sorry i ran out yesterday. I didn't mean to i was just.. didn't know what i was doing." she told me
"I'm sorry for kissing you at the most randomest time"
"it's ok i kinda liked it" she said and bit down on her bottom lip
"well since you liked it we should hang out sometimes" i smirked
"i'd like that" she said with a smile
