Soft steps echoed as you walk a stoned pathway. Looking at the piece of paper in your hand, reading the contents of your quest, which is hunting for some raw meat and Jaggi skins. Rathian and Rathalos's mating season is coming soon. So you have to be careful on your hunt since most of the flying wyverns were so aggressive this season.

You sigh in relief as completed the hunt for raw meats and you found a good amount of jaggis in the river area. Taking out your weapon and charge at the monsters. The clash of sword against claws and flesh echoed throughout the fight. But as soon as it started it was finished. Skinning the last of the jaggi, you got up at stated to head back to town until.....

"AAAAARRRRRGGGGHHHHH!!!!!!"

You were suddenly covered by a huge shadow, extending in size at a fast rate. Quickly you ran behind a huge rock as a huge figure clash on the river. As the dust and leaves clear out, you noticed the figure was a Rathian. You ran at the side of its head, its eyes sealed shut in pain while groaning. Noticing the trickle of blood on the side of its head and a large gash on the side of its wounded body, successfully staining the river. 'Must have gone through a fight', you thought. However, your thoughts have been cut off when golden eyes stared at your (E/C). Then the next thing you saw a cloud of thick white smoke covered your vision and the monster. You cough and backed away quickly, soon the smoke cleared out, and what you saw shocked you out of your bones.

There the place where the monster was a man with green long hair and pale skin, his mouth was slightly open gasping for air and allowed to see his sharp teeth, claws were sharp as well. He also has a pair of wings and tail as same as the Rathian from earlier, causing you to confirm your suspicions.' No way...Was this the Rathian?...So...the rumors were true....', soon you noticed that he was in critical health and.... naked... As soon as you realized that your face exploded in the darkest shade of red there is. You were thankful that he was lying on his stomach and his wing covered his rear. With a groan the male open his eyes, half-lidded. Quickly you came over to his side, putting his arm over your shoulder, you guided him through the waterfall that leads to a cave.

You laid him down and pulled out a blanket from your inventory and covered him from the cold air. You also patched up his wounds and fixed him in a comfortable position for his wings and tail. Looking outside you notice the sun was beginning to set and sigh, "Looks like I will stay here for a while... Geez... I didn't expect to help a monster who just turned to a human in front of me!...", you said to your self as you got up to look for some firewood before the night can come.

~Male!Rathian's P.O.V.~

I groan as I open my eyes, flinching slightly at the burning warm light. Soon I collected myself and open my eyes slowly. The flickering of fire and crackle of burning wood with the droplets of water hitting the cold ground was all I heard from my side, causing me to look up at the source.

As I looked, I saw a female figure with her back facing me. She looks like she was cooking something meaty causing my mouth to water. I sat up only to groan in pain and my hand shot up to my head, only to feel a piece of cloth that covered my injury. My actions must have caused a lot of commotion, seeing the girl looked in my direction and stood up, quickly she was at my side and pushed me back down.

"Be careful or your wounds will open up again", she said as she reached for a bowl.

"Drink"

I did what she said in a firm voice. Drinking the liquid from the bowl, I instantly had the urge to puke it out, but swallowed it anyways. The bitter liquid may not have a pleasant taste yet the pain was instantly gone.
