Part 9 ~ What Will Happen?

The lights flicker on and Nick is sitting there his eyes closed. But is he dead?

Emma laying on the floor, blood on her head. Is Emma dead?

Both of them there like their both dead.

Emma moves and gets up and looks round, everything was blurry. Then she sees Nick, she freezes. She panics because she thinks she has killed Nick. But then Nick opens his eyes and sees Emma then he looks down to his heart and he was fine. He was glad Emma didn't kill him but he was worried on what happened to Emma.

Nick quickly holds Emma in his arms and tries to stop the bleeding on her head however he couldn't. He called the hospital and they sent an ambulance out as an emergency. Emma was drifting away but Nick was stopping her, making her stay awake.

The ambulance came and Emma was on her way to the hospital, Nick went with her. Nick was panicking while the paramedics were trying to stop the bleeding. Emma held her hand out for Nick to take and he did for the first time in the relationship and he held her hand tight. Like he didn't want to loose her.

Emma was rushed into theatre as soon as she got to hospital. But the question was how did it happen? Emma was in the theatre for about 3 hours and she was wheeled into a private room and Nick followed and sat beside Emma. Then he asks the nurses to leave so that he can be with Emma alone and they left.

"Emma please don't die, I need you. You can't die like your parents did! You have to fight it... please..." Nick said to Emma and her eye lids tried to open.

Nick was happy she was fighting and he encouraged her. She finally opened her eyes and she jumped. Looking round she sees every thing and she even sees Nick. She smiles gently and holds Nicks hand, Then Emma sits up and Nick  couldn't stop her from sitting up.

"We have to get out of here. Its the worst place I can be." Emma says looking into his eyes.

"But Emma you need the help." Nick tries to reason with Emma

"No I don't, not now I read somewhere in a book I can heal myself but it will take about a day to heal. We just got to go back to the castle." Emma says quietly so no one hears her but Nick.

Nick didn't want to agree but he had no choice so he teleported them both home, to the castle. They took the hospital bed so that Emma doesn't have to move.

Emma started to see the good side in Nick while she was recovering. He would tend to hug and kiss her unexpectedly, he would take her to places and make sure she is safe. Nick was a better man now, he was a new man. He had changed.

Emma fount the book on healing and she started practising the spell. And then one day it worked she started to get healed quicker. Emma starts to think that becoming a Vampire was the best thing for her.

As the time went by Nick and Emma was happy together and Emma has started drinking blood as she needs blood to keep her alive. Now when she use to think about drinking blood, she just does it without hesitating.  Emma has learnt a lot since she had became a Vampire she started to learn more about her parents, she learnt more of what vampires could do, she started to write a book on her life. Everything was going well. Until the day before he and Nicks wedding.

She started getting these dreams again, and she wasn't liking it. She didn't want to tell Nick just in case he does something too bad to live with. So she tried to berry it deep but when Emma came to look in the magic book, it was telling her not to marry Nick but it wasn't saying why. Emma would have to make up an excuse not to marry Nick. What a nightmare.

Was it another time to run away? thought Emma. What was she going to do? Everything till now has been Perfect for Emma or was it?

If Emma had checked the book sooner would she have had time to plan anything?

Emma didn't know what to do know. How will she make a diversion to make the wedding move to another day?

Emma questioned herself so many times and she didn't know what to do. She went back to the book and tried to get an answer but this one had to be dealt with on her own. Emma started to stress and was craving for more blood so she went haunting. She killed 5 humans and drank all of there blood.

By the time she got home she had over drank so she just laid there. Nick asked her what was wrong and she just replied she had drank too much blood. Nick go curious on why she went to drink blood a she only dank a few hours ago.

"Are you ok? You shouldn't have drank yet." He was saying to Emma.

"I just got really thirsty , I felt drained.." Emma said in a soft voice.

"How many humans Emma." Nick questioned her.

" Only 2... maybe 3.... 4 ....5 .... 5 humans..." Emma replied nervously

You could see Nick was mad but he was controlling his anger you could tell by the way he answered back.

"That's...too many Emma...Why did you drink from 5 humans... You have killed 5 innocent humans." Nick said with an angry tone to it. Emma gulped and took herself into the corner. Hoping Nick wouldn't hurt her.

Nick knew there was something wrong but he wasn't forcing it out of her. Nick walked out of the room and you could hear him hitting the wall out of anger.

What is Emma going to do?
