We've Got Trouble On Our Hands - Chapter 5

Cartoonz POV

"Jon wake up." ....

"Jonathan Dennis I said wake up! Were going to be late!" ....

"Don't make me come in there and pull you right outa bed!" ....

"I'm coming in!" I started opening the door and walking into the slightly dark room. "I'm up! I'm up!" Jon yelled while struggling to get out of the sheets grasp. I flipped on the light switch, Jon's room is filled with blue things. A couple of teddy bears sprawled around the room, some dirty clothes in a corner. Yep a normal teenage boy's room.

"You need to clean up around here!" I nagged. "I know, I know." He said while walking to the bathroom scratching his head and yawning. I walked to his bedside and started to fix his sheets that were all over the floor from his struggle, "You don't have to do that, I'll do it later!" He said while popping his head out a little with a toothbrush hanging from his mouth.

"'Later' pfff that's funny" I said laughing a bit. I finished making his bed when he started to walk out of the bathroom and headed towards his closet. "I'll start breakfast!" I yelled while walking down the stairs.

Our little house is just that, little. I mean it fits two just fine. We have a small kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one quest), 3 bathrooms (one in both bedrooms that are used and one down stairs), and a very small living room. That's all we need. Can't get much better around here in this part, especially with the money we have. Sometimes I have to ask for money from the gang, it sucks to ask.

I started on making breakfast, two slices of bread and some scrambled eggs. And to top it off, a glass of milk. I put the finished meal on a same table, Jonathan skipped down the stairs with a big smile on his face. I couldn't help but to smile.

"What are you so cheery about?" I chuckled, he blushed a little and rolled his eyes and sat down to eat. I didn't push him any more than that, I'll let him have his secrets... for now.

We chowed down on our food, once we were finished Jon took our plates and placed them in the sink that was piled high with dirty plates. I glared at him, he sighed "I'll do the dishes when we get home I promise." I laughed.

Time Skip To When They Get To School

We made it to the front entrance to the school when I saw Vanoss and the guys. I told Jon to go on ahead and lied saying he was going to be late. That made him rush into the building. I felt bad lying to him but I knew what Vanoss was talking about from where I was. Him.

I made my way towards the group, people avoiding my path as I walked. I started to get closer to Evan and I over heard him say "Look I'm sorry I didn't make it to the "spot". But something came up. I already told Luke this but I need to tell you guys as well-" I walked right next to Evan and rested my arm on his shoulder.

He turned and saw it was me, "Well speak of the devil!" (No pun intended ;3) He laughed a bit. He then cleared his throat. "Now back to what I was saying."

Evan explained everything that when down last night. He also explained the situation with Eric and how he might be dangerous, and how all of us needed to help to avoid Jon and Eric so they don't meet again. Everyone agreed. 

"So do you know your classes?" that voice seems so familiar.

I turned towards the voice, Felix. He was walking and talking with Eric like they were buds. I glared at them. "Oh well, well. Look at who we got here~" Felix said probably forgetting our last encounter. Eric looked at Evan and smirked evilly.

Felix was about to insult us once again but Eric pushed pasted him. "You again.~" He said getting really close to Evan. Evan just snarled and glared at Eric.

"You probably already told your little mutts about me so I'll get right to the point." I heard multiple growls from the guys towards Eric. Eric only snickered. "Back off or we're gonna have a problem." He punched his palm of his hand to say 'he meant business.'

But I don't care. He's messin' with my little brother. MY little brother. I'll gut him before he will ever put a hand on Jonathan.

Mini Ladd POV

Eric strutted towards the school entrance with Felix following close behind asking if he knew us. "What are we going to do?" Brock turned towards Evan worried. Evan continued to stare down Eric, "What we do best.~"

Time Skip To 3rd period

I was sitting in my History class. I was the only one there so far, I always like to get to my class a head of time. Slowly people started to trickle in, I saw Tyler enter and walked over and took a seat next to me. Instantly my heart started to beat really fast.

 I've always had a little crush on Tyler after he saved me from a bully in 5th grade. Yeah he may at times seem mean, but he was kind in his own way. I loved his eyes that were the color of the sky in the afternoon on a warm summer day. Also his short brown hair and how he loves pigs. And not to mention his 6 pack and large biceps. Everything about him amazed me... Ok maybe I have more than just a little crush.

I turned my head and looked out the window wondering what Evan was talking about. What we do best? Did he mean fighting? I mean that could work. "Pssssst" I turned to see Tyler waving his hand to get my attention.

"What?" I whispered back to him. He only nodded his head towards the door. I looked to where he had motioned his gaze to. Eric had walked in, he looked around the class and spotted us. He grinned. "I'll sit next to that guy in the glasses back there." He pointed right at me.

The teacher nodded and Eric made his way towards me slowly. We keep eye contact the whole time. I watched as he took his seat next to me, he smiled one last time at me and Tyler before bringing his attention to the teacher.

Time Skip To Lunch

I sat next to Tyler like always, and Ohm sat to my left. "Hey guys!" Jonathan said cheerfully as he sat down. Luke followed behind Delirious and sat to his left. Evan to his right. Delirious looked at Evan for a moment before looking down at his food and blushing. What happened between them?
