Hey there, I'm Laura, Laura Grayson, although Ari likes to call me Lau a lot(pronounced Low). I'm pretty average for an 18 year old. I like listening to music, hanging out with my family and friends , reading, average girl things. I have a twin sister and a brother. My brother Jake is the oldest at 20, and Ariella and I are both 18 , she's only older by 10 minutes although she still likes to brag about it. Ari and I are both attending university  this semester, but we still live at home. My family is huge, well my moms side. She grew up with 12 brothers and sisters who each went on to have kids who had kids and so on. The only downside to having such a big family is that they're constantly having parties, and although they're fun, sometimes people can drink to much. Like now for example.

"Mom, can you please tell everyone to go home now? I have classes tomorrow and it's already 1 am! Please." I beg my mother. She shakes me off with a wave of her hand that's not occupied with a can of beer. She closes my door and flicks the light off before making an entrance in the kitchen. A huge downside of having a bedroom on the main floor is that all of the parties happen in our kitchen, which is meters away from my room. A light tap is heard before my door opens again and my light is flicked back on. Ari strolls through the door, her hair in a messy bun and her pajamas shorts on along with a baggy shirt.

"Come on Lau you can sleep in my room," she says before quickly retreating from the room. Grabbing my sweater from off my dresser I pull it on, then take off to the stairs, taking two at a time. I walk down the hallway to the last room on the right, walking in without knocking. Ari pulls the blankets to the side allowing me to get in first, she knows I like the wall side. She slides into the bed after me, turning onto her side and getting comfy.

"Can we cuddle tonight?" I ask, turning to face her. She sighs loudly but scoots her body closer to me.

"Only if I don't have to be the big spoon." She stays on her side, allowing me to curl my body around hers. I wrap my arm around her waist and place my head on her shoulder, smelling the familiar scent of my own shampoo. I sigh in content and am able to tune out the sound of people cheering, bottles clanking, and basses thumping. I fall asleep moments latter.

"Laura wake up," Ari whisper shouts."Laura!" She says a bit louder, shaking my shoulder.

"Yeah, I'm up," I reply, opening my eyes to the brightly lit room.

"We have to leave in 30 minutes so get out of bed." She stands at her mirror, makeup already perfectly applied and her hair half pinned up, a straightener in hand, she's always trying to get rid of her wavy hair. Reluctantly, I unwrap myself from the blankets, I always seem to be tangled in the covers.

I make my way to the bathroom that's across the hall, grabbing a towel on my way. Turning the tap to hot, I take off my clothes and step in. I shower as quick as possible, not wanting to keep Ariella waiting. I put a towel in my hair, then one around my body. My feet pad quietly against the wood floor as I scurry to Ari's room. She's just pulling a shirt on over her head as I search her drawers for something to wear. She stops my searching as she places a folded outfit into my hand, complete with everything I'll need.

"Your shoes and bag are in my closet," she nods her head toward the closet door."I'll make breakfast while you get dressed." She closes the door behind her, before silently making her way down the stairs. I put on the outfit quickly, then apply mascara and little product to my hair so it will dry a nice wavy. Within minutes I'm brushing my teeth, trying to get the taste of cream cheese from my bagel out of my mouth, then we're in the car driving to school.

Ari turns the radio on to her favorite station and sings along for a few songs, until she suddenly pushes the off button on the sound. I look at her confused."Let's go see our family." I look at her a little surprised, we see all of our family almost everyday.
