Mark's POV
"And this is your dorm." Stephanie, the dean dorm adviser said, knocking on the door to my new room.
"Come in!" I heard AJ hollared from the inside. She opened the door and we both stepped in and looked around. Right in front of us, there are two bunk bed, which I heard every room in this building has at least one or two. To the right, it's nothing but a white wall and a window. To the left, there's a TV against the wall with various game consoles, a couch in the middle of the room, facing the TV. There's a coffee table and a shelf full of games. For the bunks, the top ones looks unorganized, having pillows and covers stattering all over and hanging from the edge. The bottom ones looked neat and organized. One of them was sort of unmade and had a guitar stand next to it with a turquose electric guitar on it and the last bunk was persumbly meant for me.
I found AJ, along with Matt and Ryan, sitting on the couch playing a game. There were two more people behind them watching them play.
Stephanie sighed and rolled her eyes. "That's Bob and Wade." She pointed, then faced back to the couch. "Do you guys ever hang in your own dorm?"
"Nope." Wade answers.
"No one around here hangs in their own room anyway." Bob answers, pointing to Wade and himself, along with Matt and Ryan.
"Besides, AJ invited us here for Mark's welcoming hangout!" Ryan cheered, following by the rest cheering.
Stephanie rolled her eyes and sighed. She faced me and said, "Our pet care-taker, Ethan, from the center will be up soon to bring Chica here in a minute."
"Thank you." I said.
"No problem. Do you have any other questions before settling in your new home?"
"No, I'm fine. Thanks."
"Alright," She said, heading out the door. " well, enjoy and good luck." She said before closing.
"Hey, Mark?" I heard Ryan called. I turned back to the couch. "Come and join us."
I smiled and jogged over to them and sat on the armrest next to him. I can see that all five of them had their phones in hand for playing the game on the screen.
A few minutes later, the door swings open and we turn our heads to the door. Tyler's home. His curly hair is blown in all direction, he has soot all over him, and shirt and jeans is tearing with tiny holes, but everything else looks fine. Looks like he's been beat up or burnt than taking action in bed.
"What happen to you?" AJ asks shockingly.
"Don't ask." Tyler mumbled grumpily and walked over to the sliding closet door. A few seconds later he comes out with clean clothes in hand walked to the bathroom. Before entering, he turned around to me and said, " You pay for this, Mark." He pointed his finger at me.
"What did I do?" I asks.
"I dunno, but whatever happend to you out there in the warzone..." He shook his head and let out a breath. Turning to the others on the couch, he warned, "Watch out, everyone. Mark here is an exploding bomb." He shut the door and I can hear the shower running.
"What did you do?" Bob asked.
I shrugged and continued watching the game. "I have no idea." I said apathetically. " I just came back from the academy."
We soon heard barking and turn to the front door. The door open with a young twenty year old looking guy with blue hair and acne, holding onto Chica. He crouch down and unhook the leash and my golden retriever instantly come running up to me.
