-Meredith pov-
"Derek might of  broken marks nose" I said
" he deserves it" Lexie said angered
We turn on the TV
BREAKING NEWS
Seattle Grace Hospital is in complete shut down after gunman enters building
Many still trapped in building
My heart stopped
-Mark pov-
Gun shots went off with screams following
Derek and I ran to the bathrooms and locked the door
And we sat there waiting and waiting and waiting feeling so helpless wanting to help anyone but we can't
-Lexie pov-
My heart stopped I couldn't breathe the love of my life is going to die or is already dead I'll never see him again

-Mark pov-
We heard footsteps coming closer and closer to the door and the door handle turn but not open because we locked it *BLAAAMM* the door swung open
" think you could hide " the gunman said
*BLAAAMM* Derek fell to the ground
*BLAAAMM* Everything went to  black
I wake  up being dragged on the ground away from the bathroom I don't know who is dragging me I see the swat team run through a door and shoot towards me then the shooting stops I hear a loud thud
Everything gets darker fading into darkness

-Lexie pov-
BREAKING NEWS
Shooter killed on hospital grounds
16 people pronounced dead on scene
All patients have been transferred to Mercy West Medical Center
As soon as we hear that we get in the car and drive as fast as we can to mercy west
Hours later
"Derek is out of surgery but we don't know if he will get better " the doctor said
" And Mark ?" I asked with hope
" I'm sorry but he is in the same condition " he said
