Levy woke up to the bright rays of sunlight streaming through the curtains, hitting her petite face. Groaning, the bluenette rubbed her eyes and rolled over. She hit something hard and heard a soft grunt of surprise. Opening her chocolatey brown eyes, she saw Gajeel, his jet-black hair frizzy from sleep and wine-red eyes opening groggily. Giggling, Levy picked up a pillow that was lying on the bed, and whacked him softly in the head. That didn't seem to faze the dragon slayer however, as he sat up, stretching his muscular frame. The bluenette couldn't help but stare at his toned body. His well defined abs and bulging arm muscles never failed to make her blush.
The dragon slayer noticed her ogling at his body and smirked. Suddenly with his lightning-fast reflexes, he sent an even bigger pillow flying at Levy and she barely had time to react before it hit her face. The small mage squealed before picking up the fluffy pillow and charging at Gajeel, hitting him with full force. With a soft oof, he fell back onto the bed, taking her with him. Laughing, she rested on his chest, staring at the iron studs that framed his face. She absentmindedly traced patterns on Gajeel's chest, making his heart thump rapidly in his chest. He pulled her closer to his chest, not ever wanting to let go.
