Adoption Day

At home, the two boys ate dinner and watched anime as they curled up together. Out of no where Dan said something strange.

"I want a kid Phil."

Phil looked confused. He understood but shook his head.

"Dan we don't have time for kids!" Dan looked sad. He knew an adoption center was right across the street so he got up, put his coat on, and headed out.

"Hey! Where are you going!?"Phil bolted up and followed Dan out if the door. Within minutes, they were inside the adoption center.

"Hi yes, me and my husband would like to adopt children." Phil bolted in hearing Dan's words.

"Actually-" Phil saw a pair of twins out of the corner of his eye.

"We would love to!" Dan shocked but pleased, agrees.

"Well of course! Here are some papers. The sooner you turn them in, the sooner you get the kids!" The lady behind the desk gave us a bright smile.

"Thank you!" Dan said with delight as he looked at Phil.

"Thank you, and have a lovely day you two!" She smiled and waved goodbye.

"You too!" I yelled back being polite as possible.

As soon as they got home they filled out the papers ASAP. They did its so quickly that they were done in about 3 hours.

"Ah, finally done!" Exclaimed Dan in relief. They headed back to the adoption center and turned them in.

"Ok thank you! You will see if you get them in 2 months. Until then, good day you two!" Phil got upset.

"Awe I want my babies now!" The lady looked mad.

"You will get them soon. They just have to check and see if your hone is suitable for them. If so, then you get them."

"Okay..." Phil said in disbelief.

2 months later

Dan woke up to his cell phone ringing.

"Hello?"

"Hello, is this Dan Howell?" It was the lady from behind the desk.

"Yes it is! Do you have the information on the adoption?"

"Yes I do! They are now in your hands. You may pick them up today!" Dan smiled. He was happy he was getting his babies today.

"Okay we will get them in a few hours thank you!" Dan said excitedly as he went to hang up and get Phil.

"Phil! Phil! Guess what today is?!" Phil with his eyes still not awake answers the excited boy.

"What is it Danny?"

"We get the kids today!!" Phil jumped out of bed,excited.

"Really?!" Phil said with bright eyes and a wide smile.

"Yeah let's get ready sunshine..." Dan said kissing Phil on the forehead.

Two hours later

Dan lead Phil to the adoption center with a smile on his face saying this is it Dan.

"Hello, I'm Dan. I'm here to pick up my children?"

"Why yes, hello Dan! Right this way please." She lead them into a room full of small twins ages 3 months-5 years old.

"We choose these two!" Said Phil. He chose a boy and a girl.

"Perfect! What will you name them?" They haven't really talked about it but the decided Dan chose the girl and Phil chose the boy.

"The girl is named Adelaide Noel Howell." Dan decided.

"What a beautiful name!" The lady said.

"The boy will be named Grey Cander Howell."

"That's a beautiful name as well! Well, here are the kids. Have a lovely day!"

"You too!" Dan said politely.

When Dan and Phil got home they rested on the couch.

"Welcome home Adelaide and Grey." The two said in unison and then kissed.
