Close Yet Far

Yein woke up early humming her favorite song while doing her daily routine. It has been one month since she started her college life. The first week she would wake up early to walk with Jungkook to college (her) then he would go to his college. Then he would come and walk with to her apartment. That went on for a week but Yein didn't want to be burden to him. That wasn't the only reason but that her friends in college and other people thought he had a special relationship with her. When Jungkook heard Yein saying she hates those rumors it somehow broke his heart. Yein still so like Jungkook but wants to finish her college without rumors going around about her. Most importantly,she doesn't want Jungkook to be uncomfortable with her because of the rumors. Jungkook took the idea all over by thinking that Yein dislike people even think they have a relationship more than friendship. That friendship that once was that they wished for is now slowly causing some misunderstandings between them. Friendship is the wall between their relationship that they are scared now to break think that they might never be able to build it again if broken.

Today Yein's class start late but she wants to go to school early to the backyard for some inspiration for writing. She wanted to write in front of the fondant that birds always visit and sing for. She wants to lay under the shad that is provided by a tree that lived there for more than 20 years. That beautiful and peaceful backyard always gifted amazing ideas to write. Her phone rang when she was walking to the bus stop. She smiled when she knew the person calling. " My dear Dahyun what are you doing?" she answered with her almost perfect Canadian accent. " Yah stop with that accent before I go over there and choke you with my own hands!" Yein took the phone away from her ears away so she wouldn't be deaf. " Sorry my bad so how are you and that crazy brat doing ? Man I am mad at Yeeun how can she not talk to me for three day! Woow," although they are busy with college these six girls never stop the gossip. Even if that don't attend the same university but they know everything going around in the university due to their gossip. " Yeeun got some that she fall completely for but he doesn't show interest in dating and guessing from his attitude he is really quite the opposite from her," the opposite means all quite and lazy,"Woow at last some that made that crazy girls beat fast other than herself," Yeeun's self confidence comes from her love for herself. " I know right, I mean— THAT STUPID BOOK WARM LAZY GRANDPA WITH GOOD LOOKS IS SUPER ANNOYING WHAT IS HIS BRAIN GOOD FOR," Yein laughed silently when she heard Yeeun getting annoyed by her Prince Charming. " Seems like someone's Prince Charming is giving them hard time," Dahyun and Yein mentally high five each other and laughed together, Yein knew Yeeun was pouting by now and trying to find something to punch. " Yah not my gift from my handsome boyfriend, punch that pillow instead," Yeeun eventually followed Vernon and Dahyun to the states. Vernon didn't mind since he didn't his lovely girlfriend uncomfortable with other people in her dorm. Who knew Yeeun an handsome Korean here and fell in love with. Yeeun was bold and show her love but the young lad had his mind only set on the books that forgot the world going around him. Her conversation came to end as Dahyun had to clam Yeeun down before causing to be reported by the other neighbors. Yein only shake her head at her cute friends that never fail to make her smile. She made her way to the backyard. She said her greetings and smiled to everyone on her way . She always says an simple hi and smile can make someone's day brighter. She brought some breads to the birds and placed it on near the fondant. She took out her notepad and started typing her ideas. If her work impresses their professor than may be her work can one of the scripts for their colleges upcoming acting show. Thinking about that she gets more motivation. After a while she starts to pack her things and makes her way to her class. She only has five classes to attend. She takes her notes carefully not missing any important detail. She isn't ready to show her writing to her professor as she isn't confident enough. She packs her stuff ready to leave when one of her friends come to her. " Yein lets go out today its weekend tomorrow anyway ," Chengxiao said in her cute Korean,she is Chinese but lived in Korea for three years and then moved to Canada because of her parents work. " Sorry Chengxiao may be next time I have promised Jungkook already," Chengxiao pouted but smiled so Yein wouldn't feel guilty but the lateral still felt guilty. Yein went out checking the time. " Jeon still have class," something came to her mind. She was to into her drawing she didn't realize the person watching her drawing. " I didn't know you could draw that well," Yein almost fell backwards when she heard an manly voice. Her actions cause the other to only laughed at her priceless experience. She pouted when she found out who it was. " Yah I almost fell and ruined my drawing because," Yein packed her things as it was time for Jungkook to be out. " Are you waiting for Jungkook?" Yein nodded at the obvious question. " Junior why are you here anyways?" Junior is one of Jungkook that eventually became close with Yein. " Aha I am here to go out with Yugyeom and I remember telling to call me J.I.N.Y.O.U.N.G O.P.P.A," Jinyoung said flicking her forehead casing her to wined in pain. " Yah Hyung stop abusing Yein every single time you see her, do you want leave something for her to remember till the next time you meet her or what?" Yugueom said when he saw Jinyoung flicking Yein's forehead. " Jeon teach this weird Hyung of yours some manners, how can a boy hurt a girl?" Yein compliant when she saw Jungkook and threw laser glares to Jinyoung who gave her innocent look. They sat together and caught up with each other before each pair separating their paths. Yein and Jungkook made their way to Yein apartment but before stop by the store to buy some food and snacks for dinner.
