A.N: Since I wrote such a big ass chapter for part one I had to split it up before we went any further into it. Hope you understand. Now let's get to the story.

The rain poured as you tried to find her. You had been out here for a while, but no luck. Looking around you saw an unexpected sight, two kids your age, one a boy with black hair and eyes, the other Kaede. You started to walk over.

"Kaede?" Looking up she stared for a second, in surprise. "(F/N)? What are you doing here?" Stepping out of the rain with them you replied "Looking for you." She blushed slightly but asked again "Why? You didn't have to leave for me" you shrugged, "If I hadn't met you I probably would have left sooner. Anyways are you gonna introduce me to your new friend?" No bitter tone, no resentment. You honestly hoped he was her friend, because God knows she needed them now. "My name's Kouta" shaking his now out stretched hand you replied "Kaede already said my name so." You smiled that special smile you had. It always looked like you were both smiling and smirking.

You sat on the bus with them, the three of you headed home after a day at the zoo. Kaede between you both. You were busy discussing school topics with Kouta when Kaede leaned on you a bit. Thinking nothing of it you held her up as you continued. Eventually you stood and left your separate ways, you and Kaede together and Kouta alone. "That was fun huh Kaede? Kaede?" You looked over and saw her looking down, distracted. "What's wrong?" She sighed "I don't know if Kouta really likes me. He seems nice but...But she keeps telling me he doesn't" you wondered who she meant "She?" She nodded "The voice. The one who tells me to kill so many people." You saw the tears beginning in her eyes. "Kaede" you hugged her as she started crying. "I don't want to kill them. But she makes me, everytime I try to stop she makes me." You sighed and let her cry herself out. "You hate me for it don't you? For being a killer." She looked at you, an accusing look on her face.

"Of course he does." The voice said "No. He doesn't. He wouldn't." Kaede tried to resist the urge to rip him apart as she persisted "Oh but he does. He's trying to use you. Make you dependent on him. Humans lie. You need to kill him to be free." The girl the voice belonged to stood behind Kaede as they stood in the limbo that was her mind "NO" she screamed. "I won't kill him. I won't kill someone I love." Tears streamed from her eyes again as she started to feel her self control slip "Do it. He fears you now. If he tries to stop you you'll die a dog's death" looking down Kaedes last resistance died as her dog flashed in her mind, beaten and discarded by the kids at that godforsaken orphanage.

"Kaede?" You were powerless to react as you were suddenly flung back by her vectors. Slamming into a tree. You grunted as you felt several ribs crack. When you didn't fall you risked looking down, horrified by what you saw. Through your abdomen was a broken branch, bloodied as it ran you through. "You never even cared about me did you?" Kaede growled, walking closer as she did "You were using me so I'd die like my dog!" Your head twisted to the side as you were hit by her vectors. "What are you talking about?" You rasped, blood trailing from your mouth and stomach. "You keep acting nice so I'd need you. Well I'm not buying it anymore." Turning she walked off, leaving you impaled and bleeding.
