I started to wake up and felt someone gently squeeze my hand and plant a light kiss on my forehead. I opened my eyes to see Direk my mate standing infront of me. I opened my eyes and Direk started to smile and yelled " Giana she's awake!" I flinched away because he yelled so loud. I started to rememeber what happened I remember my dad hitting me and kicking me and cutting me. I started tocry and felt to arms gently pick me up and place me in their lap. "Olivia baby it's ok he's never going to touch you again I swear I called your brothers and they told me to hold him in one of my cells.Your safe here I'm not going to let anyone touch you ever again." He pulled me closer and I went to move to cuddle into his chest more but hissed in pain as I felt a pinch in my ribs and arm. "Be careful hun you still have your Intravenous (IV) in and your ribs are tender from being rebroken 3 times." He looked down at me and had a sad, angry and loving look in his eyes. "Why do I have this in though and why were my ribs rebroken 3 times?" He looked at me and gave me an apologetic look. "Giana the pack doctor had to rebreak ur ribs a couple times because your so little they weren't healing right and you had an IV because you needed blood because you lost alot. He started to look away from me and put me back on the bad but I grabbed his shirt and told him" Direk look at me its not your fault you didnt know I'm ok now atleast almost I'll heal in no time.
