My eyes fluttered open. I'm in an all white room with dark blue chairs in some places.
I'm alone, and I don't like it one bit.
I see a note to my side that reads,

Hey, we're in the cafe downstairs,. Press the red button so we know your awake

I hesitate, there are 2 red buttons. They look the exact same. Wow, helpful hospital. I press the one furthest away.
Fingers crossed.
An alarm goes blaring off. It's deadly and I think it's going off in the whole hospital. Then I notice another note?
I squint and read it.

Hey it's me again! Forgot to tell you, don't click the furthest one away, it sets off the fire alarm! Haha. Your too smart to click that anyway. See you soon!

Oh well, sorry Phil. I cringe at the noise and then I feel water from the ceiling. I look up and see small machine coming out from the ceiling. They start to spin and release water everywhere.
Oh no.
I clicked the button here so they're assuming the fires in this room. I wipe my eyes and reach to my left and click the red button, which signals Dan and Phil. I then look at my arm. It's stitched and has a bandage on it. I hesitantly touch it and flinch back. Maybe not.
Then a very wet looking Dan runs into the room and slips over. I'm not gonna lie, I laughed pretty loudly.
He looks up unamused.
"Sorry" I laugh

He gets up and hugs me tightly.

"I love you so much Alexis.." He mumbles into my shoulder.
I cringe at my full name, but brush it off.

"I love you too Dad."

We hear the ending of a video on an iPhone noise (A/N I DIDNT KNOW WHAT TO CALL IT OK)
We looked up at a soaked smiling Phil recording our father daughter moment.
"Hello!" He pipes happily.
We laugh and smile at each other and join into a huge group hug.
This is my Family.
And boy am I happy to be here.
