And here is where things started to fall apart. I was somehow (don't ask cause I don't even know) getting poor grades and all and also to be honest I was getting bored with the same moves everyday and not learning anything new, at least one move could have been enough.
I told my mom that I wanted to pause/quit taekwondo and see if I could do something else that would make my parents proud or something, when I told Mr. Hall that I was maybe leaving taekwondo he was really upset and gave me a pep talk to reconsider my decision that he also gave me the opportunity to try the hyper class which included weapon class. A few days passed and I made my final decision, I was going to stay.
Not after that it was hard to bring my grades up to A's just like my parents want me to do but I was able to do B's except a C which still gets me mad every time. I was able to test for my red belt but as always Mr. Hall he told my story in front of testing to teach me and others to never give up.
