ARTHIT'S POV

I finished my interview with Mr. Wong yesterday and I'm now going to find a part time job for my expenses or should I say, our expenses?

My life gets so different from what I'm used to. Back then, when I was studying, I thought life would be easier after graduation because I now have the knowledge to apply it in my daily life but I'm wrong. Life gets more difficult when we are growing up.

"P' I'm now going to school"

"Okay, see you later"

I notice that his necktie is not properly fix so I call him for a minute.

"Kongpob, Come here"

As I fixing his necktie, I notice that his eyes wants to have an eye contact with mine but I refuse to look at him in his eyes. So I just ignored it and finished fixing his necktie. He always put me in an awkward situation.

"P'Arthit, Thank you"

"Okay, go ahead! You're going to be late.."

As he left, My convo with my dad suddenly popped out in my mind. I remember every single word he had said to me. My dad is always like that, he always wanted to control my life.

So I ignored it and prepare myself to find a part time job.

I try to find a job near our dormitory but they always refused to accept me because my experience is not that long enough.

By the way, I'm applying for a part time cook. Maybe in that way I can use my cooking skills to earn some money.

I'm tired searching until a café not that far from Mr. Wong's office caught my attention.

"We're hiring a waiter"

I don't have any choice right now, I need to have a job so that I can help Kongpob with his expenses. So I grab this opportunity and look for someone I can talk with regarding the offered job.

"Hi, May I ask if the job posted outside is still vacant?"

"Oh yes, are you interested?"

"Yes I am, who can I talk to regarding it?"

"You can talk to my manager, I will call him. Please wait"

"Okay thank you"

This restaurant is quite near in Mr. Wong's office, so I guess It would be easier for me to work and have my internship at the same time.

"Hi sir, So you are?"

"I'm Arthit sir"

"So you are applying for a job here right?"

"Yes sir, If you don't mind"

"Yes, can I have a copy of your biodata?"

"Sure sir, here it is"

"Okay I'll call you later after reviewing it"

"Okay sir thank you for your time.."

The cafe is quite elegant, the ambiance and the music playing through their speakers were so relaxing.
