The birds chirped beautiful songs, children skipping down the paths, everything was doing great in the prosperous region of Delron. Agriculture was great and villages were constructed in the south. Everything seemed great for Delron was a very old and kingdom.
Delron is only one of many regions in the world of Ravenia. A place filled with towns, castles, villages and so much more to explore but in this world lies conflicts and disagreements resulting in war.
This was in the continent of Ravenia, a place compiled of many different regions and islands. Throughout it's history like any other continent it has gone through wars, conflicts and mistakes. This story is another one of those mistakes.
A greatly skilled king ruled the land and built the capital of Delron. The king did lots of revolutionary jobs for the kingdom including the Delron Guard and the Lacrona Alliance.
The king was also foolish in many ways for he had the kingdoms biggest secret to himself. Southwest of the capital in the Misty Forest rested a ancient gemstone with the power to create life. He knew that the gemstone would destroy the kingdom if anyone knew about it so he didn't tell anyone.
One day a young lady wandered into the forest to pick some berries. She saw a glimmering light at the corner of her eye. She sprinted to the strange glow to find a wonderful gem. Excited she decided to take but she put it back knowing she could tell the kingdom first.
Knowing she'll be rich she told the kingdom's council. Although she told the council she didn't get rich at all. The king was enraged and needed to act quickly.
Word broke out to the neighboring regions about the glowing gemstone in the woods. The rumors spoke of it having a mystical power or giving you immortality. The region of Tarnite were ready to invade for the gem in the woods.
When the lady who spoke of the news found heard the rumors she ran away to the village of newcomers. The king prepared for war for he knew the day was coming. Knights were all equipped with new shining armor and weapons to fend off the enemy.
Clouds were in the sky and the day came for them to clash. Endless souls were wasted in the war. Many families suffered. Fear and disparity spread around the tarnished kingdom...
