Zarola, Magnus and Cera started to hike the steep mountains that surrounded the town of Seashore. The stars were out now and they could be seen from everywhere you could look. Cera gazed upon the shining stars above them while climbing. Once again she remembered the time her and her mother had done the same.
They were getting pretty high now and had a fantastic view of the town. She saw moving dots which were humans still crowding the squares and supermarkets. Zarola was the furthest up from them and called out, "Were almost at my cave!" Magnus climbed faster and so did Cera.
Little time past and they were finally at the cave where Zarola seemed to have lived for a while. She had a stack of firewood in one corner and her tent and other belongings in the other corner. Something about the cave gave it a cute little charm. Magnus and Cera looked around and Zarola started up the fire.
After that they sat in front of the fire and looked up at the shining, glimmering stars above them.
"So is this your little abode?" Cera asked Zarola thoughtfully.
"Sure is. Been hunting the monsters further in the cave for nearly a year now." Zarola replied.
"Why do you want to join our guild?" Magnus asked, perplexed.
"I've always wanted to join a guild, but never really got to and I've been lonely in the mountains for a while so I figured now would be the perfect time. And it just so happened that I'd leave town tonight and as I was having dinner at the restaurant you announced that!"
"That's fate!"
"Maybe..."
"We better get some sleep girls. Night..."
"Night."
"Yeah."
