Chapter 7

Chapter 7 -

Liby drove me to the hotel and Cameron brought my stuff down and I checked out. They wanted to give money back cause I paid for more nights but I told them no thanks.

               ..Later that Night..

I was in my room as I just got out the shower. I had to share a room with Maya. Liby and Victor already enrolled me in Harrison High.

I start tomorrow. Great. I changed into my pjs and got under the covers. I soon fell asleep.

                    ..Next Day..

I got up and went to the bathroom and brushed my teeth. I then got dressed into a white button up tucked into black shorts with my hair down naturally wavey.

I looked good as always. I put on my white vans and walked downstairs. I still haven't gotten in the phase of eating.

"Goodmorning Rae." Cameron said kissing my check. I smiled. "Do you wanna go to set with me today?" he asked.

I rolled my eyes. "Cameron, you know I have school." "Skip." he whispered. "Cameron, are you telling me to skip school today?" I yelled so his mom would hear.

"Cameron. Go get dressed and leave your girlfriend alone." Liby said. "Oh.. I'm not his girlfriend." I told her.

Her eyes widened. "I'm so sorry.. I just thought.." "It's cool." I replied. She gave me a smile and Cameron came back down.

                   ...At school...

I walked down the hallway looking at my schedule. Room 23. I looked around and started reading the classroom numbers and soon found it.

Biology.

I opened the door and walked in. Everyone stopped and starred.

"Everyone, this is Rae Smith. She's new here." the teacher said. I think his name was Mr.Jones. "You can sit over there by Spencer. He'll be your lab partner for the rest of the year."

I walked over to the back corner and sat next to, I'm guessing Spencer.

"Hey." I said, "Wait. You look really familiar. You was at Abbys party about a month ago. You was making out with her." I whispered.

"Yeah. We didn't do anything after that. She never called me. I didn't know her name was Abby. But, thanks for ruining the moment." he replied sarcastically.

I rolled my eyes. "Anyways, why'd you move here?" he asked. "Well it's complicated. I rather not talk about it." I said.

He nodded and then took my schedule from me. "Looks like we'll see each other in every class." he whispered. I gave him a quick smile then payed attention to the teacher blabbing on about science terms or whatever.

             ..Skipping to Woodshop..

I started sawing wood when Mr.Carter interrupted. "Ms.Smith, I expect better from you." "You don't even know me." I mummbled but he heard me.

"What was that?" he yelled. "Nothing... I just... um.. said okay." I replied barley above a whisper.

He gave me a glare and then walked away. I sighed putting the saw down and taking my saftey glasses off.

I took a seat next to Spencer who just wasn't working. "You know, I have a twin sister named Peyton. You and her would really get along." he said.

"Oh really? Does she have any classes with us?" I asked. He shook her head. "She don't go here, she's homeschooled." he replied.

"Wait..why is she homeschooled and your not?" I asked confused. "Well, don't freak out.. but she's kinda famous. She's on jessie." he replied.

Why is everyone on jessie! "Oh, I'm not going to freak out trust me." I said. I didn't want to tell him I live with Cameron.

"Cool, maybe you can come by my house after school?" He asked. I nodded and then got his number and address.

I hope they don't care that I'm pregnant. Well I'm not going to tell them until it shows big time or when they guess it. Yep... good plan.

                         ..At home..

I walked in with the house all by myself. I wasn't going to leave until they came back. I went up to my room and started texting Spencer. (s-spencer and r-rae)

r-hey, can't come right now, how about in a hour?

s-cool, my sister will be home by then.

r-okay..

He said something else but I didn't check to see what it said. I walked downstairs just as Cameron came in.

"Oh hey." I said as I walked into the living room sitting on the couch. Cameron followed me sitting next to me.

"Really Cameron, there's so much room." I said. "Yeah... anyways, did you make any friends?" he asked taking my hand and playing with my fingers.

See, we acted so much like a couple but we wasn't. I wanted us to be but he would never ask.

"Cameron." I said. "mmhm?" he replied. "Are we just gonna stay friends forever and have a kid together but not date?" I asked.

He looked me in the eye and stopped playing with my fingers. "Well, I didn't think you wanted to be my girlfriend." he said.

"I mean, I do. Obviously.. but you'd never ask." I replied. "Well then, Rae. Will you go on a date with me?"

"No. I don't do dates. That stuff only happens in movies and books. I believe everyone should just date instead of going on dates." I said.

That made him laugh. "Okay, then Rae will you be my girlfriend?" he asked. I waited for a while pretending to think. "Umm, I guess so." I said and gave him a quick peck on the check and got up and went to the door.

"Where you going?" Cameron asked. "To a friends house duh.." I said. Cameron followed me..!

"Where are you going?" I asked. "With you." he replied opening the door and walking with me.

I really didn't wanna walk but it was the only option. We didn't talk but we held hands and I felt safe with Cameron.

We finally reached Peytons house.
