Expecting (Cameron Boyce)

Chapter 6

Chapter 6 -

"Why not?" Cameron asked with a sad face. I threw the pregnancy test away and replied, "I thought you should just know, I'm not going to let you ruin your carrer because you got me pregnant. Besides, you don't even know my name annd we know nothing about each other, Cameron, I'm leaving tomorrow. I only came to tell you."

I grabbed the keys and drove Cameron home. The car ride was silent until I pulled up to his house.

"What is your name?" Cameron asked. "Rae." I told him unlocking the doors. "Well, Rae. Will you come in for a while?" He asked.

I looked at him, "Why?" "Because, you can stay for dinner. You don't have any food. It's the least I can do after I um, kinda got you pregnant." he said scratching the back of his neck.

"Okay but after dinner I'm leaving." I said and grabbed the keys turning the car off and walking inside Cameron's house.

"Mom!" Cameron said taking me to the kitchen where his mom was cooking. "Rae's staying for dinner." "Okay." she said stirring something in a pan.

Cameron took me to his room. He sat down on his bed and I stood there like a lost puppy holding my elbow. You know, how you do when it's awkward. Yeah, that's how I was standing.

He looked up from his phone. "You know you can sit down right?" He asked. I looked around and then sat down.

He got up and shut his door, then sat back down.

"Cameron, I'm not having sex with you." I said. "No, but I'm frustrated Rae. You can't just come and tell me you're pregnant and then leave." he said.

He looked at me. I gave him a hug. He hugged back. We stayed like that for about 20 minutes.

I was crying by now. I pulled away and wiped my tears.

"Cameron, I'm sorry but I can't just stay here. I have friends and family. And if your fans find out, who knows what will happen." I said.

He sighed. "I'm sorry." "For what?" I asked. "For, getting you pregnant, for tricking you into having sex with me. I saw you drunk, I thought it would be the perfect time to make a move on you. See, when I first saw you I thought you was so beautiful, you was my first time Rae. I wouldn't want anybody else to be." he said taking my hand.

"Why did you do it?" I asked. "Because I like you." he said. "You don't even know me, all you know is my first name. You didn't even know that until today." I said pulling my hand from his.

I stood up about to walk out when he pulled me close to him and kissed me. I don't know why but I didn't pull away.

My hands found his hair and I started tugging on it. He licked my bottom lip and asked for entrance.

But, I pulled away instead. I put my head down and started playing with my fingers.

He put his fingers on my chin and pulled my head up so I was looking him in his eyes. I soon looked away.

"Why won't you look at me?" he asked. "You don't deserve me." I said. "No. I don't deserve you." he said taking ahold of my hands.

He's so frustrating. Why would he want me? He interlocked out fingers and we walked down to the living room and watched tv with his sister Maya.

She looked just like him.

"So are you two dating?" Maya asked. I looked at Cameron then said, "No." Cameron muttered the words 'I wish' thinking I didn't hear but I did.

"Oh, so how do you know Cam?" she asked again. "Um.. my bestfriend knows him, and then I kinda met him through her." I said shrugging.

"Well, why are you here? Cameron said he met a really pretty girl at this Abby girls party but it was in San Fransisco." she said asking more questions.
