I don't have a name for this species because I haven't thought that far. They're only seen at night because of their dark colored and overly reflective eyes. They can be found sitting on the edge of roads in the middle of the forest waiting for a car to come by. It'll jump in front of the car, forcing it to swerve so it will hit a tree. The creature will then proceed to tear open the cars remains in order to devour whatever soft parts of the human survived. Humans who did survive the car crash often adopted the creatures in hopes of domesticating them (spoiler alert; it worked). The domesticated types would only eat plants they found lying around instead of their natural human diet.
