My Sweet First Love

Chapter 2

There was this guy classmate of mine, as i was on my way to our next class, he just stands up in front of me and asked me. ''hey,do you know our assignment?'' I said,''yeah,why?'' and he smiled ''i'm just making sure'' then i smile back at him. Then i saw our classmates all boys in one row and they all smiled at him and i find it weird. Then i went to our computer class,i was sitting next to Maureen. ''Hey i saw that'' she said while smiling. I said, ''you saw what?'' she answered, ''Michael Angelo,he likes you.'' and i answered aloud ''what?! '' and our professor glared at me. '' I'm sorry ma'am.'' Then i looked at Maureen, ''that can't be,how can he like me?'' she whispered ''because your cute,pretty,straight forward,honest,simple and innocent'' while smiling. And i said to myself : so i am that transparent...

That thought never left me the wholeday. I kept thinking about it till the clasess are over. Then i saw Janet talking with Michael,and also with Kenneth (Michael's close friend at school) then the three of them looked at me,i immediately looked away.They went in front of me and Kenneth asked me,''hey,all are classes are over,Janet told us maybe we can come visit your house today,if that's fine with you'' he looked at Michael and winked. And i thought it was kinda weird.

We all went to my house,and they the two guys were amazed. ''Woah,you live here alone?'' I answered,''ah..yeah..but only for a month yet'' Michael asked me,''don't you get bored here?'' I said,''hmmm..not really..im used to it so its fine with me.''  Michael continued to ask,''ahmm so youo cook your own food,wash your own clothes and stuffs like that?'' i said ''yeah ofcourse but not till next month..next month i'll be having my maid'' Kenneth said,''woah i want to have your life! such a good life you got there!'' i just smiled but inside my head : you never knew what i've been through and you would still wish you had your life right now.

The next day on class, the 7 of us got even closer and i heard Kenneth was courting Janet. He even asked me to help him with Janet. So he would text me what to say,what to do when Janet is around.  I was sitting next to Janet,i asked her, ''hey do you like Kenneth?'' she just stared at me and said, ''sssshhh..but how come you know?'' i just said,''i just thought so,you look good together,you both make a good couple'' with a smile. And she just smiled at me too. And she looked back at me, ''what do you think of Michael?'' i was schocked with the question,the moment she said Michael's name my heart panicked. ''Hey.'' janet continued,''oh.ahmmm..i think he's nice and cute'' i answred. "So you like him right?'' Janet puts her head near me and smiling. I hid my face and said ''well,i dont know,maybe''. Janet says,'' you dont even know what love is my dear,but i think he will take good care of you. He is a really nice guy.'' I just said ''don't give me false hopes'' and i walked away.

The next few days, they kept coming to my house,we played a game,asked silly questions to each other. And one of my classmates asked me, ''hey eli are you a good kisser''? i just asked, ''what? i dont know! i never had a kiss!'' five of them looked at each other,they wanted to warn that gay classmate of ours for they know i never had a boyfriend and i'm the youngest on our group. Then Michael said,''don't ask her questions like that. She never had a boyfriend so stop asking her nonsense.'' I was shocked with his reaction,he seemed so serious and was like,he seems ready to punch our gay friend. And everyone got shocked too.
