"Yoongi, can you please come over? I finally learned the song my piano teacher taught me! Sure, it may not be the exact way it was written but I can still play it!" Young Eun-Hee pleaded.

Yoongi was on the phone with Eun-Hee. She called because she wanted to let Yoongi listen to her play her first song.

"Omo, you finally got it right? It took you long enough, ha ha!" Yoongi teased.

Eun-Hee let out a groan, "It's hard to play the right rthym when you have tiny hands. Besides, I couldn't remember the notes. Hehe?" She let out a nervous chuckle, knowing she took a few lessons to perfect the song.

"But unnie said I was the best student she had! She said I learned quicker than her other students! She was impressed that I could learn 5 scales with 3 octaves within a week. I don't know why though, they were pretty easy. Especially the chromatic scale, but I did that with 4," She said, trying to redeem herself.

Yoongi was confused with the vocabulary she was using.

"Scales? Octaves? Chromatic scale? What are you going on about?" He asked confused.

He heard Eun-Hee giggle over the line. "Yah, just come over! I'll teach you, eomma and appa bought a grand piano. Actually, it was passed down but we fixed it up and should be in tune. Jebal, Yoongi-- you can even bring halmeoni to listen," She wanted Yoongi to be proud that she learned this without him.

Yoongi granted Eun-Hee's wish by staying by her side. Taking piano lessons was encouraged by her parents and of course, Yoongi. She was scared to take the lessons; where she was alone with the teacher. She did everything with Yoongi and he couldn't be happier; he proudly stood by her and did whatever she pleased.

"Okay, Okay! I have to ask halmeoni first," Yoongi replied. Then he heard a squeal and giggle.

"Gomawo, Min Yoongi. This means a lot to me," Eun-Hee said with a smile.

Yoongi blushed by her response, "U-uh, always. I'll always stick with you. I'm on my way." Eun-Hee responds with another excited squeal.

"Yoongi, A sharp and B flat are the same thing! You're making this harder than it should be," Eun-Hee giggled. She believed it was cute how hard Yoongi tried to memorize the pitches.

He would scratch his head when he was confused or fustrated. He let out a sigh and asked, "Are you going to play the song? Y'know halmeoni wants me back before dark."

Eun-Hee rapidly nodded her head and said, "Oh right! Sorry, I really wanted to show you what I learned." Then she placed her hands above the keys and let out a breath.

Yoongi watched her with awe. He knows she learned this without him and for that he was proud and sad at the same time. His thoughts were interrupted by the music.

He was facinated by the delicate and slow introduction then he began to recognize the familiar chorus.

Eun-Hee never felt more nervous in her life. Sure, she felt nervous on the first day of school, before a test, or when she encountered a big dog while going home. But this kind of wanted to make her vomit.

She continued and Yoongi kept close attention. The way he saw Eun-Hee focus on the different rythms and notes left a mark on him.

Once young Eun-Hee finished, she let out a breath she was holding. Then quickly looked at her best friend, hoping for a good response.

When she turned, Yoongi was looking at where her hands were previously were. Then Yoongi looked deeply into Eun-Hee's eyes.

She was suprised the way he looked then she noticed a sparkle in his eyes. Eun-Hee dumbfounded and Yoongi said,

"I want to do that; that was amazing. And maybe I hope we get to do that together... Forever."
