"Reggie you look so cute in your new leather jacket!" I pet the black dobermans head. She licked my hand and wagged her tail. "I know! Now we match! Want to go on a walk?" I asked the dog getting her wound up. But it was cut short when my phone rang.
"Hello?" "Emma we need you at the well." It was my boss. "Yeah sure it's not like today is my first day off in a week." "I know but we need everyone in. There is something very weird going on at the well." "How so? Is someone coming through the portal?" "No it's just a purple fog." "Henry at your house?" "Ya he's playing with your brother." I giggled. Henry is my four year old son. His dad and I split before he was born. "Ok tell Neil that he can't give my son any of that dark chocolate. It tends to not agree with him." "Will do." I hung up and pet the animals head.
"Looks like the Queen in the Enchanted forest is starting something." She cocked her head to the side almost as if she knew what I was talking about. The Queen is like the Evil Queen from that Disney movie except well I've never seen her so that's all I can say.
Mother and Dad, Snow White and Prince Charming.
When they still lived in the Forest, she attempted to cast the dark curse. But instead it sent everyone to this land with out magic. I've been the only one able to leave Storybrooke in the 23 years we've lived here.
I drove to the woods holding my gun. I walked up the trail feeling the tingle of something new. The closer I got to the well, the thicker the purple fog around my feet became.
"Emma!" I jumped and pointed my gun at my dad by accident.
"God for the love of-" I was cut off by the sound of a small explosion. "What was that?" I asked moving to the well.
"Magic Dearie. It's here." I turned to see Mr. Gold or Rumpelstiltskin was holding his dagger.
"Magic? But who brought it here?" My mom asked, setting her bow and arrows on the ground.
"Well the Queen of course." His shrill voice cackled. "She's been here for awhile and no one suspected a thing! Now where is she exactly is the question. Because now she can show herself and be in total control!" With that he waved his hand and disappeared in a cloud of smoke.
"Oh my god he just disappeared!" My mind was trying to wrap around things. Sure I've been told about it but I've never actually seen it!
"Come on we need to find her."

I ran into my house and past the living room but stopped when I saw a woman sitting on my couch with a leather jacket across her body.
"Uh sorry can I help you?" I asked not wanting to deal with her.
"Uh. Ahem." She cleared her throat. "Wow, it's been a while sense I last heard my own voice. Emma you're a lot cuter now that I see you now." I just gasped at her.
"Where's my dog?" I asked freaking out. She held up the leather jacket to show that it was in fact a dog jacket she also held up the leather collar.
"Right in front of you." She placed them down and stood up. That's when I realized she was wearing the black dress that I only ever wore once. "Sorry I had to find something to wear I wasn't about to meet you naked."
"So if you're my dog then what's my most top secret, secret?" I asked moving toward the pistol on the shelf. Before I could move any farther her hand shot out and the gun went to her hand.
"You're a lesbian and won't admit it to your mother because you are afraid of rejection." She emptied the gun and tossed it onto the couch.
"Your name is Reggie still right?" I asked trying to mask my fright.
"Actually is Regina you were almost spot on." That's when I realized who she was.
"You're the Evil Queen." I whispered stunned.
"Hardly Evil anymore but a Queen just the same. I need to ask you not to inform your mother for I don't want any trouble." I could see that she wasn't pulling a trick and was just wanting to stay hidden.
"Why would I help you after all you did send us here, and how on earth did you get magic here when you've been a dog, my dog, for the past four years?" My hands stern on my hips.
"I've been many dogs over the years. But I have to say being your pet was the best. But I still don't see why you don't trust me now that I'm in human form. You trusted me before why not now?" She asked, hurt evident in her expression and tone.
"Because I didn't know who you were, but you didn't answer my question how did magic get here?" I barked. Her jaw set and she strode to me.
"I didn't bring it here. Well, not entirely. You see Rumpelstiltskin or as you know him here Mr. Gold, that ray of a man, he's known that I've been here from the start. He helped me get the portal open so I could show you my true form. Because;" she took a quivering breath,"I have grown fond of you over the years. I have had a lot to think about over the years but my choices that I've made in the past to get here today, I wouldn't dream of changing it. Because it got me you. It made you who you are." I was rubbing my head trying to understand what the hell was going on.
"What about Henry did you know I would have him?" She looked at her hands then at me.
"I knew there was a chance. But Henry has known who I am for a long time. With the little magic I had before Gold brought it here, I used it to, make him able to hear me when I talk to him. He understood what I was saying, but the price was everyone thinking that he thought animals could talk."
"So the stories my son came up with about a Queen and her savior, you told him them?"
