So it was Friday, the day of the concert. Only a few people were left outside, waiting for rides after the concert.

After an amazing performance, Niall, while waiting for Barbra to show up, noticed Harry alone.

He walked towards him. "Hey," he smiled. He took a deep breath, and asked, "Remember your notebook? The leather one?" Harry visibly tensed and Niall sighed. "I found it."

"Did you- did you look inside?" Harry's voice now sounded quiet, distant, and worried.

Niall shook his head. "No, you said it was a secret, so I didn't." Harry relaxed. "Sorry for not giving it to ya before. Do ya want it now?" Harry nodded, and Niall gave it to him.

Harry said, "Do you want to see what's inside?"

Niall shrugged. "If it's ok." It couldn't be more than a couple doodles, maybe."

Harry handed him the notebook, and Niall paused for a moment, reluctant to open it.

He did, and he turned page after page full of beautiful poems and sketches... about Niall.

Niall's eyes brimmed with tears, that fell and almost soaked the paper.

Nobody had ever written anything this beautiful about him before.

Niall wiped his eyes and handed the notebook back to Harry. Before he knew it, Harry's lips met Niall's in a passionate kiss. He could taste a hint of chocolate on Harry's lips, and Harry mumbled against Niall's lips, "I love you." Niall pulled away with surprise then.

Barbra honked her car horn at this moment, glaring with ferocity at Niall.

Niall ran up to her car, and hopped inside. "How much of that did you see?" Niall started, but he was cut off by Barbra.

"Shut the hell up, Niall! I saw when you and that freak were getting pretty close!" She bitterly laughed. "The rumours are all true anyway. He is gay."

Niall was about to interrupt, saying that she 'supported' gay rights, but Barbra beat him to it.

"I support gay rights when it's not the guy I've liked since kindergarten that's gay!"

Barbra was driving faster and faster as her words got louder and more fierce.

There was a quick flash of bright light, a scream, and that was all Niall remembered.

Before the world went dark.
