The surroundings were dark. A forest.

Time is running out, she thought.

The young blonde-haired girl ran through the darkness of the forest, not knowing which way to go. She was practically blind.

"Oh, I hope the others will find me soon," she sighed sadly. "I really hope it's soon- Oh!"

She screamed loudly as she tripped over a large tree root, which threw her to the ground instantly. Her bright yellow eagle jacket became muddy-looking and when she tried to get up again, one of her legs buckled underneath her and she fell to the ground again.

"Darn it," she moaned.

But she had to hold on to the slivers of hope that she had. She had to find her way back to the others. Quickly, she flashed back to what had happened to her before. An org. Fighting the org. Falling. A bright white light. Separated from both friends and her growl phone, the only way of communication for her.

"Why should I be stuck here?" she cried, slamming her fist onto the ground, then yelping as it hit another tree root. Slowly, she used the root to pull herself off of the ground and stand up again. She continued walking into the unknown. But then yet another tree struck her. "Ugh! This is useless!"

For the first time in her life, she began to cry. For the first time.

"I just want to get out of here and back to my friends!" she wailed.

She collapsed onto the ground, letting her arms lay across her body gently. Her inner feelings and fears began to come out and since all the emotions were coming at once, she could not contain them and was soon crying freely. Tears slid down her cheeks and soaked into the soft dirt.

"What if I never find my friends?" she sobbed. "What if they never find me?What will happen to Alyssa, Cole, Merrick, Danny, or Max? What about Princess Shayla?" She lay on the ground for longer than she could remember, crying as hard as she could, until she looked up in the sky and saw that the sky was bright. She stood up and surveyed her surroundings.

"Well, no matter," she said confidently, though inside, she was still the sobbing girl in the dirt. "I am strong and I will try to survive." She looked in front of her and took a deep breath, not knowing of the dangers ahead.

"I am Taylor Earhardt."
